Was the excited to download Canyon , but disappointed that very little in Canyon is working. I am getting error messages when trying to access the different features. I figure the bugs will be worked out. this app is great, like my Grail! Look forward to Canyon getting fixed!

Downloaded Canyon , signed and nothing. The two options (Discover and My Garage) aren’t accessible. Both get an error message to try again. After multiple tries, delete Canyon . Thankful the bike quality is better than Canyon.

I scanned the QR code and verified it on the this app website but Canyon gives an error message that the serial number is invalid

So excited to try out Canyon but even though it said success at connecting to my Spectral On the bike finder says it can’t be located due to connection. I can’t see the bike on my blue tooth on my phone so not sure what’s up.

I got my Endurance road bike recently. There was no indication with the manual or on the box that you could download Canyon as it had complete and detailed assembly instructions. Since I have lots of experience with bikes I went ahead and put it together. I found out about Canyon when I was almost finished putting it together. Once I downloaded loaded Canyon and added the serial number then the assembly instructions came up. Later Canyon stopped working. I deleted it and reinstalled. Now I can’t get anything because it says my model is not supported. Please fix this asap.

I have read that there are ongoing issues with Canyon and as such this feature is now not available and there is no fix date in sight…

I will wait another week or so and then I’m going to report to CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and seek remedy from this app.

They are still selling with ‘GPS Tracking’ as a feature…

A couple functions in the Garage tab don’t work.

Have tried to add my Grail:ON by scanning the QR code and manually entering my serial number. App says bike added successfully but nothing shows up in the garage.

Unfortunately when I load Canyon it let’s me login and then Canyon just flashes on and off constantly and won’t allow me to enter my bike information. After deleting and reloading Canyon as well as rebooting my phone the issue remained so I finally got fed up and deleted it for good. Hopefully they get it resolved so I can use it.

According to this app they had a system change a few months ago that has deleted all previous bikes in the bike garage in addition to the older prior accessory orders. The this app CSR has stated their IT group are unable to restore any information so the customer has to add the bikes on their own…..again. However Canyon is not currently allowing any bikes to be added to the garage. They should have made their customers aware of this problem rather than having them discover it on their own. Poor customer service. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Just got this bike and set it up. I had a couple questions which tech-support was good and helping. Downloaded Canyon and looked at the video to see how to connect it to my phone, but Canyon doesn’t show a specific place to connect to Bluetooth at all like the video directions show so very difficult to figure that out

Good place to find info about your bike and replace broken components.

nah…. bike bosch motor clicks and lights flash off/on during charge cycle or when powering on. There is little to no online support. No manual of what happens if you get such error symptoms. Can’t login to online account because password reset process just loops. When you do get the link to change password the new password simply does not work. Reading several comments that people wished they bought anything else through LBS.

this app mountain bikes are top of the line and are very well made, tough, good looking quality bikes and are innovatively advanced and very very affordable and what’s good about it is delivered directly to customer and everyone in the this app bicycle industry treats the customers so well.

Could not be more happier with this purchase. The bike is extremely solid along with the components how could you go wrong. This is my second bike from this app, I also have the Grail gravel bike which is also excellent!!!!
