The design of LINQConnect isn’t the greatest, but it was at least usable. Since upgrading to the iPhone 15 it’s no longer usable. I can’t even add money for my kids or interact with the menu items. It’s just broken.
Edit** based off the reviews it sounds like this breaking may be due to the iOS 17 update. I thought I had used LINQConnect since then, but it’s possible I didn’t. Either way LINQConnect is completely unusable.
by Rasmom3
I have deleted and reinstalled LINQConnect several times since my school district starting using LINQConnect in August. It freezes, it doesn’t display the entire page of information, and seems to always be under maintenance. There’s been weeks where I can’t deposit money to my children’s accounts, and I’m forced to deposit more money because LINQConnect won’t work. This is ridiculous!!
by BOYMamabear1113
LINQConnect is not one bit user friendly. We send our kids to a Littleton charter school and the lunch menu is not the typical “district” menu. It’s not easy to quickly refer to last minute. Today I couldn’t even look to see what the hot lunch is for Monday because (even though LINQConnect is allowing me to open it and look at my kid’s accounts) it will not open the dropdown to see our menu. We’ve had LINQConnect since August this school year and I’ve had enough. Did they choose a terrible app on purpose since lunches are now free? Seems “sus” (as the kids say…). ZERO STARS.

It takes 3 steps just to login. They claim to have made that process simpler, but now it freezes up and won’t do anything. It would also be helpful if it had a weekly or monthly overview of the menu. The every detailed daily menu is nice when it works, but an overview of the week would be more useful to busy parents. I would not recommend LINQConnect or use it myself except that it’s the only way to pay for lunch in my school district.
by Hjbgm
I just recently downloaded LINQConnect and immediately I start getting the same issues that I seen in the reviews. There is an error message after I login twice and I can’t even add my own children into the accounts. I don’t know what’s going on I spoke to someone and hopefully they can get it squared away, but this is pretty upsetting and frustrating. I only see a error message after logging twice now it’s just completely frozen.

Forced into using app when school district shifted from Titan to this app. Under iOS 16 from iPhone 13 Pro Max LINQConnect had to many pop ups that Titan shifted over, Login with old credentials and one other window. Should be open up see children and go thru take out. Under iOS 17 it does not allow choosing child to add more money to account. It was a poor choice to have a third party handle this when it worked fine under the platform to view children’s grades.

I am truly frightened by the lack of care and polish to the functionality of LINQConnect. My school district recently switched to it this year and it has been nothing but trouble. I am wary of even putting my credit card information in this based on how bad the front end is. If any school district board is thinking of using LINQConnect please stay away and find something better.
by Kccccccccc1991
I hate that our school district uses LINQConnect because it is so glitchy. Most of the time it freezes when I log in or none of the buttons will work. You can click on anything. It’s so frustrating because I would love to just upload money onto her account, but a lot of times I just have to send money with my child to school because LINQConnect won’t let me add money to her account.
by Kryssstvlllk
I login and can’t access the “menu” for my
Kids school as there is no drop down menu like app states. To go “back” I have to completely log out. Can’t “search your districts menu” at the log in screen because “sorry something wrong” and every school district pops up except the one I need. Follow the notification badge for app support/email and as soon as I get to the email for support, LINQConnect force closes.
by JavaKT
LINQConnect worked fine for me for the past 3 months of school (even with the annoying login process). I went to add money to my kids’ accounts and the 1 kid who needs money added most isn’t loading. I can’t click on anything … even to try and manipulate the balances by moving money around between students like I could before. What happened with the recent update???
by DKDeeKay
I’ve been trying to set up an account for FIVE months for my kid. Every month I try again. Same issue as other parents. After filling out all the info. for an account, it won’t recognize me. Can’t reset password (as a work-around) because it doesn’t send the link to my email. I tried 10+ times. I sent an email asking for assistance, got one unhelpful non-response “It looks like you already have an account. You’re good to go! Have nice day!”
I CAN’T GET IN LINQConnect . Three more follow up emails begging for help = no response. It’s a necessity for my son’s school. He can’t make food purchases or buy needed items in the student store without paying cash. I’m surprised schools support LINQConnect. I’m equally surprised at the terrible customer support.
by PartTriceratops
LINQConnect constantly crashes and doesn’t seem to actually be mobile phone formatted. I’ve requested notifications to be on when my kids use their account and when there is a balance hit, I’ve never gotten them. I have to log in 3-4 times before it actually logs me in and still half the time it opens a browser in Safari. I absolutely hate that I’m forced to use LINQConnect by DoDEA and AAFES.
by Formo Magazine
LINQConnect is horrible, going to file a complaint with the state to see if they are giving any government money to them to operate LINQConnect. Once logged in LINQConnect doesn’t do anything. Freezes and won’t let me click on anything even after just doing the most recent update. Can give my child any money for lunch because of how horrible LINQConnect is. Do Better!
by Fallen007
This site is almost always broken and must be under constant maintenance. Trying to find the kiddos lunch accounts is a difficult task indeed.
Either it makes you login multiple times or site just freezes and doesn’t allow interaction. Wish this was better as the ability to pay here is quite convenient when operational.
by Deno Z.
There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unfortunately, they use overseas help who can’t speak or understand English and who do not give correct information. When you can get someone who says they are a supervisor who speaks English, they are next to useless!! Absolute garbage!!! This company should not be in business the way they operate. They cannot even make simple hangs to the account. DO NOT GIVE THEM OR LOCK IN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!!!
by César Esmi
One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use. Interface is painfully unintuitive and cumbersome. Does not use any of the modern interface conveniences common in today’s apps. For example, there is an arrow at the bottom that points left. You would think this button allows you to go “back” to the previous menu. Nope, it logs you out. When filling out a form, it seems the fields aren’t labeled properly in the software because it doesn’t auto fill your info (first name, last name, etc). When entering a credit card, it will not look up your saved cards, nor will it allow you to paste a copied number from your clipboard. When switching back and forth from another app, it will either clear out the fields or it will log you out. Also, logging in takes an unusually long set of clicks. All this on top of the fee that is charged, per student, each time you add money into their account. Took the time to write this review since my experience was so bad. I hope they are able to improve it, or start from scratch by getting a new developer.
by JD2107
I use LINQConnect to introduce my computer science students to app programming with the prompt, “What is the worst app currently on your phone?” LINQ wins hands down for me. It is the definitive “what NOT to do” in app creation. From the lack of modern authentication capabilities (instead type long email address and long random password every time), to the complicated and unintuitive interface that makes the simplest of tasks (transferring money between students) almost impossible to figure out. If you’re using LINQConnect it’s probably because you have no alternative as your school district uses this system exclusively. My understanding is they are re-designing LINQConnect from the ground up. This can’t happen quickly enough.
by Gingerburcker
I got notification today that titan changed to link connect. I have been trying to log on for over an hour. It will get to different spots in the process before it just locks up. This is true both on LINQConnect and on the website. Well, I understand that there are bugs to work out during the transition, perhaps it will be wise to not launch the transition until those bugs are worked out, and LINQConnect is functioning properly.
by Arielmp
I don’t understand why my school district chose this garbage app for telling us what’s for lunch. It should be a quick thing of open LINQConnect , see the lunch menu. But instead, I have 10 button taps I have to do before I get to the lunch menu every single time. After opening LINQConnect , gotta click through their useless welcome pop up every time. Then login every time, then click the apps menu, click school menu, click the one school I have associated with it, and then filter out to lunch because it defaults showing pre-k snack for some reason. And theeeeen I click out of that menu and finally I can see the only reason I opened LINQConnect and see the lunch menu. Haaaaaate this awful app.
by Idontwanttosignin123
LINQConnect is awkward to use. Where to start? First it always logs you out. Second you can’t look up district menus without logging in. If you pick you school it always just shows you the first alphabetical school in the list and while you might think all schools in the same district have the same menu, they do not. Third, having kids in two schools is awkward as when you filter to another school, it resets the setting to see lunch back to snack - I don’t even think or schools serve a snack. Just default to lunch! I bet 99%of parents are looking to see what is for lunch. And NEVER reset settings based on a change - this is a UI NoNo! Why do you even have to click filter, just allow the selection of different menus on the same page. LINQConnect is not user friendly though I suspect that someone thinks it is mobile friendly. Please fix! Oh yeah and stop charging a fee for CC usage. This is an alarming trend that will end badly for companies. I can send legit cash to school for the poor cafeteria staff to deal with so just please don’t add a fee. No one really wins.
by Murray Oscar
Somehow they were able to sell this product to my school district. I’m guessing my district never tried to use the service, they must has saw dollar signs only and knew they would save money. This state of LINQConnect is not even beta. I’m not sure how it even made it through App Review. It is a chore to use. LINQConnect is bad. Now, I believe it can be made better, I totally support that, but changing the Filter button to an icon instead of text is not the changes we need that improve LINQConnect .
Here is a list of todos: 1. The login needs to be remembered. 2. My selected school(s) need to be remembered. 3. I need an easy export of the lunch calendar for the month. 4. The month view should show a grid calendar view, like every calendar you’ve ever seen. Or at least scroll into view the selected day so I’m not left guessing.
Let’s get to it.
by Jewels555
First off LINQConnect never remembers me and I have to go through several prompts just to log in - please utilize Face ID option! Frustrating that school gives us no other option for lunch payment and then I have to pay a credit card service fee even when using my debit card. Auto pay is not a good option for us as we may need to change payment methods. Transaction history oddly not optimized for mobile use - at least not for my phone - despite requiring mobile app download. I hope I can trust it to keep my students’ lunch accounts loaded in a timely manner. I agree with other reviewer: Titan was a much better app. Both could stand to create a student version that allows them to see menus AND available funds without accessing parent saved payment methods.
by Schultzw
The school district touted LINQConnect as a wonderful change from the previous system but it’s terrible. It’s seems the only good thing about it is that you can apply for free or reduced lunch through it🤷🏼♀️ But you have to click three buttons in order to login every time. THREE. Login, ok, login. WHYYYY??? Also, there’s no way to print out a monthly calendar. So instead of my children being able to look at a printed out monthly version, every day I have to click the login button three times and then click more buttons to see what is for lunch that day. And then half the time the menu doesn’t even show up to see what’s for lunch. And more often than not, my kids come home saying they had something different than what was on LINQConnect . Quite useless if you ask me.
by Vlher
Update: You have to click “login” like 3 times but it seems like you’re already logged in because I never actually have to enter my credentials. What is happening there? It doesn’t make sense.
Also, please just move the breakfast/lunch filter to the main page. It shouldn’t be hidden behind the filters and it shouldn’t reset when I change schools. I’m just checking the menu to B see if I need to pack my kids lunch this week or not.
Lastly, the monthly calendar should be set to the current week and not the beginning of the month. If it’s the end of the month you have to scroll horizontally all the way to the current week to change the date!
P.S. Please remove the message pop up that you put up at the beginning of the school-year. We saw the message already, we don’t need to keep seeing it — unnecessary extra click!
This is not a true app. It makes you login every time. That defeats the purpose of it being an app at all. You’re better off just bookmarking the website than downloading the “app” and wasting space on your phone.
by JJjjjKol
There is always a convenience fee, $2.85 in my case, even the first time when it says “convenience fee $0.00”. I put in $20 and had a $2.85 convenience fee. I’m not paying almost 15% for the “convenience”. You can’t get reimbursed for this hidden fee and there is a maximum amount you can put in at a time, forcing you to pay the convenience fee more often. Their system also benefits those that can afford to max out the payment each time, literally making the per meal cost more expensive for people with less money. I will be sending my child to school with a check solely to avoid financially supporting this type of system.
Also, how does LINQConnect have such a high rating? Look at the reviews.
by Melie Renee
Being charged $2.85 every time I add money to my child’s lunch account is wild!! Unfortunately, this is LINQConnect that the school is choosing to use. I’ll start sending cash because why does the fee cost more than the lunch?
by Sophia910
I am disappointed to see that the LinkQ app is just a horrible as the K12 predecessor app. In this age of apps, one would think that you could at least make an ipad friendly version. The orientation is portrait only, which means you have to turn your ipad upside down to use and also renders a keyboard useless on the ipad. I am sad that my district has chosen to stay with this antiquated software.
by NoThanksAnonymous
Always buggy, like it’s never updated enough to keep up with other typical updates. Not as user friendly as it should be and no longer see exactly what my child is buying extra.
by Ashkins90
LINQConnect used to be great and listed the specific items that were purchased at school and now it’s vague and just states “meal purchased”. If the specific items were still listed I’d consider not giving this app1 star.
by DeeMan73
There is no where on LINQConnect to add funds
by Cj450
LINQConnect is currently broken. It won’t open anything but a white screen. I tried the website as well and it fails to open the sign in when prompted.
by Kninh2024
How i wish school-related apps could be improved. Not sure how the local government called for tenders and how transparent it was, but believe contractor services has much room to improve, and LinQ is one of them. Not good experience everytime using the apps. They weren’t smooth.
by Cougazul
So many things about LINQConnect. Did anyone even test it? If having to login every time I open LINQConnect wasn’t bad enough, there’s no easy way to see the school menu. That’s literally all I need from LINQConnect and it’s tucked away in the sidebar menu even after I login. Then I click on the menu and it defaults to breakfast. So it’s like 6-7 taps before I can see what’s for lunch.
And now the lunch filter is completely gone. So I have no idea what my kid’s school is serving for lunch. But hey, at least they’ve made it easy to add money. I miss Nutrislice.
by Bhapney
This is the worst payment method I have ever used, it doesn’t work most of the time. It is infuriating when trying to add a payment for anything other then an auto payment for lunches. Titan was a much better system. This system continues to glitch and will not load the dashboard, cart, or most of the features it supposedly offers. Reaching out to support is worthless their instructions on how to fix issues doesn’t work because you cannot access the areas needed to attempt said fixes, infuriating and a complete waste of time
by Paulornothingatall
Numerous issues, I can’t possibly see how this company isn’t having tons of complaints. It does not appear they did any testing on an iPhone. Drop downs are cut off from seeing the whole menu. There are multiple screens where there is no way to navigate back. You open the FAQ and you are stuck, you have to kill LINQConnect and log back in to resume what you were doing. The “contact us” button seems to be always blocking what you are trying to do. Seems like it’s a terribly designed website instead of an app.
by Kit03
Takes forever to load every single page and defaults the menus to breakfast every time I click on a new week so I have to take several minutes to change the filter once again back to lunch and wait forever for it to load then half the time it kicks me back to the beginning of the month instead of whatever day I was actually on. It took over 10 min just to look at the menu for the first 5 days of school and I literally can’t get past those to the 6th day, it won’t load.
by An.drea24
I cannot load the lunch menu! Whenever I try to load a different day or switch from breakfast menu to lunch, LINQConnect seems to crash and not load. Sometimes it will refresh itself back onto the same day breakfast menu, but most of the time the screen just goes completely black and stays that way. I tried going onto the website instead, and have the same issue of not being able to see the lunch menu. It looks like all I can really do is load money.
by Dandrum804
LINQConnect is trash. I don’t receive “notifications” when my kids account runs low after setting it to give me alerts for when my kids account’s fall below the 10$ setting I selected. I only receive notifications when opening this crappy app to check the balance; which comes at a phone call from my kid at school to ask me to put money onto the account. It’s incredibly inconvenient and inefficient and I don’t like it at all. To add, I don’t like that the school forces us to use it either!
by Farm Game Ameture
It is 2023 and I just can’t believe this is the best we can do with a meal account app!! Titan selling out to LINQ connect was horrible!! Definite downgrade from Titan to LINQ!! Titan gave real time notifications via text and or email that you can actually manage. The layout and simplicity of LINQConnect great. LINQ connect is the most frustrating app to use. Nothing is actually manageable. My son enjoys the school lunches and it is definitely easier but I dont even want to deal with LINQConnect. And don’t bother emailing their support, you won’t get a response.
by Cablebeach
It takes so long to retrieve the lunch menu on LINQConnect that I have to screenshot all the days of the week so I don’t have to go back to it.
Just logging in takes several clicks, it doesn’t have “today” scrolled into view, and defaults to breakfast.
Finding account history is difficult, and once you find it, there nothing to click on, and the only visible columns are the date and child name. Turning the phone horizontally will show that there are additional columns with the purchase info, that could have been scrolled to, but there is nothing on the screen indicating that you can scroll.
I don’t understand how LINQConnect could have been released in this state, and I get frustrated every time I try to use it.
by ByTonda
LINQConnect used to be pretty simple to use and now it’s completely the opposite. I have an account but there’s no actual login function. You can only register for a new account, which is not what I want to do since I already have an account with money attached to it.
I’m unable to see how much is in the account or add more funds. In its current state I would give it less than 1 star if I could.
And the star rating system doesn’t even work
by You Have To Fixed
I try several times to add my students and they can’t found them 🤦🏻♀️even with students Id numbers, school district, names and last names.
I applied for lunch and I never received a notification even when they promised a letter to let me know if I Qualify or not.
I tried to contact costumer service and they never answered, finally they add my kids to my account after 1 month of school started .
I dont like LINQConnect , I missed the old system.
by Missy Cameron
It’s difficult to find a monthly food Callendar and have it be formatted to print the entire month, much less try and just see a menu for more than one day at a time. Each time you progress forward somewhere, it kicks back to the beginning and you have to start over with choosing the school, then what meal. We’re taking lunches because this website is such a pain to use.
by Ssprigs
Titan wasn’t great. This is worse. You have to choose to log in twice. It doesn’t track what day of the month it is so you have to scroll to find the day you are looking for. And honestly it just requires too many clicks to simply see a menu which is most of what it is used for. Truly horrible. I would love a simple login, add/check funds, view menu option for the front page and then more menu options elsewhere as needed. You all really need a UX designer to work on this disaster of an app.
by BeastLey MacNCheese
I understand that LINQConnect was just released but I’m having major issues with it. It does not load 80% of the time. Upon opening LINQConnect , I had to wait for it to load. Trying to get to the login in screen, have to wait for it to load. After entering my account info to login in, IT DOES NOT LOAD AT ALL. I had LINQConnect open for 5 consecutive minutes and it never logged in. Even after restarting LINQConnect multiple times. So far, I’m disappointed with the switch from Titan.
by Skb102
The title speaks for itself. Constantly have to log in. Defaults to breakfast and if the filter works, it takes awhile to load then goes to the beginning of the month. More often than not trying to filter crashes LINQConnect , so you have to log back in and start over. Worst app I have on my phone by far.
by Tar Heel 311
Constantly logs me out and then doesn’t seem to remember my password. Like, it’s my kids school lunch account. I’m not too worried about someone stealing my phone, accessing this account and adding more money to their lunch balance.
Also I keep getting error messages that something is wrong and they are working on it.
This is a very clunky app.
by Reba.Mac
Why does it take it to a whole new screen like a web browser within LINQConnect just to log in?? And there is not remember me feature so when you load LINQConnect , it goes to another page just to have to type in all your login info. Very awkward and bad. Seems very dated to go through these unnecessary steps.
by Lanthony821
LINQConnect crashes constantly and is so slow when it chooses to work! Trying to find out what’s for lunch is not possible most days. You have to have A LOT of patience to deal with this crappy app. The schools in our district switched to LINQConnect this year… LINQConnect last year worked perfectly, so I’m sure I’m not the only one who is hating the switch!
by Lizzardbethbbb
Titan had a way smoother app. For the love of god please move the chat box for support. It is right above the add person button and some of us do not have skinny fingers. On top of that once you get into the chat there is no way out without completely closing LINQConnect . There is not an exit button and I even tried messaging “end chat” just to get out of it, and the bot said it did not understand. Like what even.
by Hyderabad News In USA
Title says it all, that contact is button is terrible. Furthermore when I click it to try and ask how to remove it the button really isn’t a way to contact anyone, but is instead a way to go through a FAQ with a preprogrammed menu. The Titan app did what it needed to, this one is terrible.
by Mikedjapan
Why switch before the school year is finished when LINQConnect is not ready to use? Login screen is blank. Since I cannot login, I cannot verify my children have switched over completely. I also cannot verify funds in their accounts. Useless.
by Fndjjssb
Please fix your app to remember logins. This modern day and age we should not have to logon to app every time.
Also unable to change notification of account less than $5.00. It does not allow you to change the dollar amount. Thanks!
by LNinCA
Doesn’t integrate with apple eco system … no Face ID, have to click login multiple times, sometimes displays nothing but a blank screen, very slow to load data.
Looks like team that created this doesn’t know how to build an app.
by Amfm20
Slow loading and fees aside (which are annoying considering we are using it to pay for children’s lunches…), the worst part of LINQConnect is the inability to use face recognition or save login info so every time I go in to check, I have to re-input a basic function. I look forward to next year when our district drops this sad cashgrab.
by Cgkades
This has got to be the absolute worst app I’ve ever seen. Example: the drop downs drop off the end of the page and you can’t select the last few entries. If your school is last on the list, good luck lol.
When you sign up, it doesn’t go off the screen, so you have to close LINQConnect and re open it.
Also, please get that stupid “contact us” button off the screen.
by ThatDHgirl
LINQConnect is terrible. I can’t even get past the log in to check my daughters account. I thought there was maybe an update, but there is not. It’s just terrible.
When I was able to check it, the navigation just to view the menu was tedious and annoying.
And the fees they charge you to add money to lunch account is absurd. It gets ZERO stars from me.
by Bdpoyant
Not user-friendly, as noted in other reviews. Logging in is tiresome after forcing users to click several buttons before finally getting in. I use LINQConnect primarily to check school breakfast and lunch menus for my children at two different schools, and LINQConnect already had me jumping through several hoops to make that happen. A new update recently removed the, “Filter,” button, which allowed switching between breakfast and lunch menus. Now, I can’t even check that! All I can access is the default breakfast menu. Thankfully, the two schools my children attend use the same menu but I still can’t see what’s for lunch! Awkward and useless save for recharging their accounts, and it appears the auto-recharge feature doesn’t auto-recharge! Given the fees, you would think some of that money and would go towards hiring more experienced developers.
by M_sote
I have been trying to add money to my daughters account for days. When you go to LINQConnect and try to click on some thing, it doesn’t let you click on anything. Therefore, I have not been able to add any money on her account for her to have lunch, LINQConnect is useless. I’ve tried turning my phone off, and deleted LINQConnect , and it still doesn’t work.
by Jessica VR
I’d give it zero stars, if that was possible. From login to checking menus to adding money, LINQConnect makes it difficult on the user to accomplish a task … and that’s WHEN it’s working. Dashboard is awful, you can’t see what your child has bought, I could go on and on and on with the issues. Zero thought went into functionality and usability here. Straight garbage.
by NopeNoAUGH
We have to sign i to LINQConnect multiple times. If all my apps this is the only one that doesn’t save my signin information and requires hitting login at various places. We also get errors often about wrong balances. Plus we have to click in multiple places to find the menu. It’s awkward and awful.
by Cleo817
What a terrible app. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to set up my daughter’s school lunch account and I am still getting nowhere. It keeps force closing on me, or just plain freezing and not allowing me to do anything. With all the technology out there, and resources for app development, DO BETTER.
by BoymomtoTED
LINQConnect is almost always down and when it is up you can’t navigate around it. It tells me I need to load money all the time even though my kids get free lunches. And now it said take a tour and now LINQConnect won’t even work so I have no idea what they’re having for lunch tomorrow at the kids school which is extremely annoying!!
by TheRealD_A
App is always glitching and kicking me out. Since the last update it freezes up on the Home Screen if you can even get past the login. It Has not let me add money to children’s account since last update. I finally had to go through a web browser to log in and add money.
by DayIsTheOldNight
Developers! 90% of your users use case is “add money to my child account” and it takes a million clicks to even get to that screen.
Today, however, LINQConnect is stuck at the login screen with some announcement that cannot be dismissed or closed, no other menus are clickable. What did you do!
by HappysilentJon
LINQConnect often has problems loading and responding. Sometimes you login then it won’t pull things up or it won’t let you select functions. It is not an internet issue as everything else functions normally. It could be an internal server issue.
by Brazilbeef
LINQConnect seems to get worse each update. I can’t even click on anything in LINQConnect after logging in. I also have set for notifications and haven't got one when balance is low. Please fix.
by Emily+4
App is generally easy to use and I love the ability to transfer funds between my kids. However, LINQConnect is currently not functioning at all. Upon logging in, only 2 of my kids are visible and nothing can be selected, opened, or scrolled through.
by UroTrash
I'd love to pay my kids' lunch accounts. But, LINQConnect is absolutely useless. Once you log in, it just takes you to a dead screen. No buttons, no options; just a screen that shows the account balance, with no way to pay.
by Armywife523
I can’t log in with my titan account like says and can’t reset password. Unable to access anything for my kids lunch accounts.
by Searching For Intelligent
This is the new system the school is using this year. It won’t even let me create an account. I would give it negative stars if I could.
by Opal&Ruby
Title says it all. I have to type my login every time I want to check my kids lunch account. Super annoying. Please fix this.
by Ap_saturn
Titan was a simple app that got the job done. With this new app I can’t even see the details on what my child bought.
by Kfkdkvksnfnebfnf
Besides selections not appearing and getting a blank screen- you also get the spinning wheel that doesn’t stop when trying to log in.
by Liquidsgi
I have tried literally for the past 20 min to even log in. Half the time the login button does not even show. Who wrote LINQConnect? Do they even know how to write for iOS? How am I supposed to log in when the login button does not even show??

LINQConnect is not user friendly. It was transitioned from Titan to LINQ Connect and it is not ready for use. Why isn’t there an option to remain signed in? Or at least use Face ID? I shouldn’t have to sign into LINQConnect every time I need to check the menu.
by Onewaywire
App simply will not load any content. Signing in is difficult, as you have to tap aimlessly at the top of the page to get the buttons to show. Upon signing in, a BLANK page displays. #TryAgain

I tried everything simple. I can’t even log in without it having a blank page. Nothing works! Not worth downloading.

LINQConnect was replaced by Titan and my login info is supposed to stay the same. The website takes my login info but LINQConnect says the password isn’t correct. Please fix this!
by Jcmercer
This is a lousy application that will not let you register, and makes it difficult to add money to my child’s account.
by Jean Luc Picard333
LINQConnect takes forever to have you login and when you finally do, it times you out.
by Bozeek
LINQConnect isn’t intuitive and basic functionality like logging in is problematic.
by RR155
This must be some kind of bad joke. Titan no longer works but neither does this so-called replacement. Whole thing smells like a scam.
by JO73658
The screen won’t load so I can’t add money to my child’s lunch account. So frustrating!

Login does not work. No data loads. Completely unusable.

This is a horrible app. The last one worked just fine. You can’t go back when looking for some. You have to close LINQConnect and start all over. Sometimes you just need to leave well enough alone

Tried to set up a new account multiple times :/ After filling out all the required information the “submit” button does the opposite of what it should do in fading away instead of highlighting itself. When I clicked the faded “submit” button it appears to work & process my info but LINQConnect then appears to crash.
Using LINQConnect is glitchy and not streamlined and it’s interfacing. LINQConnect needs some work to work more fluidly & better skins to have it make more sense.
Having such clunky interfacing makes me question the safety of my personal information and security of my financial ties. Writing an old fashioned check to the schools for our kids lunch money might be a better option than farting around in LINQConnect & questioning the security of my financial information. I can’t help but wonder, if LINQConnect is put together this poorly, are the security measures guarding my financial information also haphazardly put together.

I’m a relatively tech-savvy person. I rarely have issues figuring apps out, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to access my 2nd kid’s funds. I have to add money to my first kid’s account and transfer? But then I can’t see the balance for my 2nd kid. I don’t know. It’s unnecessarily frustrating.
I’d much prefer to pay the school directly.

Just logged out automatically, couldn't open the software!
by Aibrahimov
LINQConnect does not stay logged in and requires you to log in again on every launch - frustrating. Also, if not logged in, it does not remember which district and school were selected before - I need this just to quickly check menus. Lastly, when browsing for a menu, it loads it every time, instead of allowing you to select a district, school, breakfast vs lunch and then load the menu.
by Axilla9
OMG, why do I have to click through at least 5 splash pages, pop ups, and logins every time I open LINQConnect. Oftentimes, I just want to look at the menu for the day, but that either requires a login or a lengthy search process. Then, the calendar doesn’t even default to today. What a headache! Please let me login with opening LINQConnect (face id) and let me see todays calendar on the first page.
by Paigemiddleschoolparent
There’s tabs on LINQConnect that are left blank. You can’t see the menu or the school store items. As I type this message you can’t even see what’s being typed. All I see is the curser moving as I type. Whoever is managing LINQConnect needs to get with the program!
by Dadz2023
I love the idea of LINQConnect but it’s very glitchy, and there have been many times when I am not able to see the menu. When they get all the bugs worked out and make it more reliable I will definitely give this five stars.
by TaylorNat
LINQConnect seems to work about half the time. Either I can’t access the menu or add money to my kids’ accounts, or I can’t log in at all.
by Kimmalyyyy
LINQConnect was wonderful before the update. Now it does not show which student had lunch or breakfast. It used to show each students name but now it doesn’t. Please bring back the feature which shows a name text to meals purchased!
by Shann2468
It works just ok. Half the time it just logs me out which is annoying. Now I can’t all three kids on my page, just two kids show up and I can’t navigate around. Please fix this ASAP and I’ll give a higher rating.
by Kellular323
The previous version of LINQConnect used to say exactly what my child purchased. Now all it says for every single transaction is “meal purchase”. Now i can’t tell if they bought a juice or a cookie or chips etc. please add this feature back!!!
by Amccrazgrl
Our school just switched to LINQConnect and the only feature missing is telling what you kid ordered. We like to know what meal(s) our child has.
by Rfergus6
I have 2 students and when I select one student to look at their specific user history I get both kid’s history.
There is no ability to turn on face ID for a streamlined opening, please update LINQConnect so that is available.
by Lunch Lady 23
About every other time I try to use LINQConnect it’s on the fritz. Frozen on the Home Screen & I am unable to pay my kids accounts.
by Stargirl0589
This website is not the easiest to use. To log in I have to push Log in, then Ok, then Log in again. To switch between different menus there’s also several buttons to push when it could be just one. The redundancy of all the buttons is unnecessary.
by Serenity 0814
LINQConnect could be awesome! But it’s incredibly slow and it would be really nice to mark schools as favorites instead of having to go through and search every time. I would also like to be able to print a monthly schedule of the schools lunch menu so I don’t have to search daily.
by Dotatxyz
As a parent, this seems to be the same as Titan, but I don’t see my child’s meal purchase details. I used to see the items purchased.
Also, please use the screen real estate better, no reason to expand out history just to see the transaction item (the only item showing under history). There’s room to just expand it out, or make transactions their own item instead of a sub item.

Love using LINQConnect to add funds to my children’s account and check on the balance. It’s perfect for when I’m not at my computer and working - saves me time to do it on my phone when I get low balance reminders.
