Should not launch app until it is ready to use
I got notification today that titan changed to link connect. I have been trying to log on for over an hour. It will get to different spots in the process before it just locks up. This is true both on the app and on the website. Well, I understand that there are bugs to work out during the transition, perhaps it will be wise to not launch the transition until those bugs are worked out, and the app is functioning properly.

I understand it’s new…
I understand that the app was just released but I’m having major issues with it. It does not load 80% of the time. Upon opening the app, I had to wait for it to load. Trying to get to the login in screen, have to wait for it to load. After entering my account info to login in, IT DOES NOT LOAD AT ALL. I had the app open for 5 consecutive minutes and it never logged in. Even after restarting the app multiple times. So far, I’m disappointed with the switch from Titan.

Slow and hard to use
Doesn’t integrate with apple eco system … no Face ID, have to click login multiple times, sometimes displays nothing but a blank screen, very slow to load data. Looks like team that created this doesn’t know how to build an app.
