The worst app ever

This is the absolute worst app ever. The developer should be fired. 20 minutes to download. Scanning the chip to 50 tries and now I’m stuck scanning my face. I went to Reddit to get tips to work this app. Booooo! All I want is a boarding pass!! Why can’t I leave zero stars!!?!?

This is the absolute worst. It says to take the picture with no glare. I have a U.S. passport and avoiding the glare is unavoidable. This is a complete waste of time. For others who are saying that it worked for them, they just got lucky.
