The maps is just awful to use. Just have a pdf maps to look at

First step registration was amazing! Took a photo in less than a second. Never able to get to step 2 because ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스 was not able to scan the chip on my passport.
Tried at least 12 attempts!! Wasted time!

Multiple flows are broken, eg need to rescan passports after nfc scan failed, freeze after it

This is the absolute worst app ever. The developer should be fired. 20 minutes to download. Scanning the chip to 50 tries and now I’m stuck scanning my face. I went to Reddit to get tips to work ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스. Booooo! All I want is a boarding pass!! Why can’t I leave zero stars!!?!?

This is the absolute worst. It says to take the picture with no glare. I have a U.S. passport and avoiding the glare is unavoidable. This is a complete waste of time. For others who are saying that it worked for them, they just got lucky.

I tried going slowly along the front and back with an iPhone 15 and it would not show me a percentage. Tried multiple times. A video of someone doing this successfully would be nice

Who developed ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스? It is shame that Korea made this kinds of a poor app. Someone who developed ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스 doesn’t care it works or not. And I am not the only one who gives one star.

I cannot get past the e-passport guide to nfc chips the button to start scanning just doesn’t do anything..

Developers clearly didn’t bother testing the product before publishing. Garbage app. Don’t waste your time.

It took me awhile to manage to scan my passport (USA), but I got it done and I want to help other people. For USA passports, the chip is located in the back cover. I took off my phone case and held my phone at around 30 degrees to the inside of the back cover. I held the top of my phone which is an iPhone 11 on the middle right of the cover. The loading screen will have different text when it starts to scan, no vibration, and hold it there until you get a checkmark. Good luck!

As others have said, for USA passports - hold phone parallel to back of passport (NOT horizontal to the front ), the chip is in the upper right region. It took me several tried but did work

update: saw the review to open the back of the passport and position it on the inside and it worked.

I keep trying to get ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스 to read my passport chip but it keeps showing it can’t read it.

I took the advice of another reviewer and removed my phone case but it made no difference.

Downloaded ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스 and tried to scan our passports right away, after an hour of trying (following the tips from other reviewers) couldn’t get the phone to see the chip at all. On a whim I tried again a couple days later and the chip scan worked perfectly first try on mine and my partner’s iPhones (different models). Strange but this was our experience.

Gotta use the back hard page around middle for e passport chip recognition

Review to help. The chip is INSIDE the back cover near the spine of the book. Move phone slowly above this area. If you move too fast, it won’t catch the chip to scan. I used iPhone 14. Good luck!

i haven’t traveled yet but the comments were very helpful. US chip is on the back . One of the passports i scanned i had to opened the back page and got it off the inside of the last page. We will see how it goes once we get through our trip. Dont hold your phone flush to the passport . You need to elevate it a little bit and move slow .

ICNSMARTPASS인천공항스마트패스 has the same tech as the Korea eta app. For USA passports open you book to your picture and then put phone on top of the opened pages. Takes a few secs to read.

Although there is no vibration, once you start to see % stop moving the phone. I do recommend removing any phone case you have on for it makes it faster and hastle free. Unless your board then my trip isn't until June so I can not enter my boarding information so I'll wait until I'm closer to that time. Breath, and keep trying.
