Why does this exist
This app is the most misleading thing I’ve ever had the misfortune of downloading. The hotel tv and description said it would allow me to “control the tv with my phone”, which I obviously thought meant I could broadcast and mirror my phone to the tv. Instead it turned out to be a mobile remote. Just use the remote! I don’t see the point of this, and I wish they could make it clearer that it’s just a remote in your phone.

No sense
It just doesn’t make any sense at all, why if I can connect to a phone over wifi am I not able to stream content from my phone, I understand it’s a small leap from the way this works now but it is actually functionally useless otherwise, you cannot access the thing that lets you use your phone as a remote, without a remote. So you get less control for more effort, brilliant

This app is terrible and so misleading. Never getting this again.
So I was in my hotel room, trying to connect this app to a show app. All it is, is a list of channels. Not even the schedule for the shows. Like, it’s leaving me with nothing to do. I’m trying to watch my own shows and not live tv. I can’t even connect to the tv. Even the Wi-Fi can’t connect to the tv and get me the CORRECT hotel room number.
