Easy to Connect/ Does not Show Lock Status

It connected to my smart lock very quickly. I would love to change my rating for this, but it is not convenient that the app doesn’t show if the door is locked or unlocked. I actually am considering ordering more expensive locks with a different compatible app because I hate that this feature is missing.
Will not connect to our phones

We have tried everything they suggested, resting, we’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure only one phone was pairing, stood close, etc. Nothing works!!! Very frustrated because we bought the lock and drilled into our custom mahogany doors and can’t use any of the functions. The little scanner doesn’t even work.
Home screen update needed

Over all the app works great and does a very good job at making sure your locks and app syncs up for effortless functionality.
I have the smart lock Wifi and Front door lock and the only recommendation i have is the home screen lock icon, i would say that having the lock icon show unlocked or locked would bring an extra sense of security to the home owner. Even having the lock wifi linked up, does not always give the correct notification that it is locked or unlocked. For example if you manually lock from inside the house and hit the gateway icon to see if the door is locked, it wall say “LOCK-UNLOCKED” when clearly it is locked. Please make update for the lock icon to actually show real time.
Other thank that, i think it works great.
