Disappointed, did y’all even test this?

There’s a hundred things I can point out, like
- the fact that I couldn’t even submit feedback through CES2026 , so I had to place a permanent rating on CES2026 Store
- The LinkedIn buttons are freaking useless. -.- I have no way of going through to the LinkedIn of the user, when you tap on it, it takes you to the sign in page of an in app browser and won’t let you open in the LinkedIn app or in an external browser. I can’t even just copy the url manually -.-
- Did y’all have interns build this in a month without QA, because there’s so many ways it uses older mobile styles, apis and architecture
- 3D map? For real guys, what was the point of making it 3D if everything has the same height?
- Speakers can’t be messaged directly -,- You have to find them by name and then message that user profile, which is different from the speaker profile. So if a speaker has a common first and last name used by another participant, you have no clue which one belongs to the speaker
- What exactly does the “fee $” next to certain events mean? I am pretty sure I didn’t miss it in the tutorial. Well I won’t know because there’s no way to access that walkthrough anymore.

Almost Totally useless

I think it's an embarrassment for CES to use CES2026. It's a cute database to browse through companies and seeing some details about them, but that would take a few months!

It's nice to see what keynotes are showing (switch could all fit on a single piece of paper).

But the map is totally useless. 3D? Why?
You can't even figure out what areas are sectioned off for what technology. Just lid up a 2D PDF and problem solved.

Instead, all you get are 3D boxes. And when you zoom in, you still see 3D boxes with numbers in them? There is no way to know what numbers represent what company. And good luck with trying to see anything if you don't know what 'floor' the exhibits are on 0...5!

I have a mission to explore new or innovative companies looking to solve a particular problem. But CES2026 is only good if you know the name of the company. Off course if I already knew the name I could contact them directly. So much for focusing in on the right niche and finding companies filling that niche or knowing what companies are nearby the current one you're visiting.

Bad

Bad. It was bad last year too. I would expect CES2026 to be incredible given what it is for. Should take notes on the HLTH app they did it great

Nooothing works

CES2026 is unusable at the show, search doesn’t return exhibitors, maps don’t load

This is a poor app.

It is not very useful. The map and directions system is frustratingly unhelpful. CES2026 ’s only use to me is as a tool to see what exhibits are available and which venue they are at. This year, even that was problematic. After failing to find several exhibits and standing in some exhibits that were not supposed to even be in that location, I tried to find help. I could not find an app help desk, but one of the information desk folks said that CES2026 might be using data from the 2020 CES app. Deleting the old app and reinstalling the 2024 app fixed the bad exhibitor list and locations.

Needs show planner

The web site has a show planner so you can plan to visit booths.

CES2026 has no show planner.

It needs a show planner by day, so you can organize your booth visits as an attendee.

Cumbersome

Not intuitive to use, maps are static and web site should contain the same information

No added value

The all is basically a giant database of information with no automation and doesn’t make the attendee experience any better or easier. The 3D map is useless. Go back to 2D and show me where I am at in real time

Searching for exhibitors only searches for name and their location at the show

Very frustrating, low-tech app. Even though each company has some info about them in the “About” field, it is not searchable in CES2026 . If you want to find certain products or technologies, you need to just walk and walk and hope to run into it. Low-tech app. Was a barrier to finding things because I thought certain technologies were not represented. A shane.

Unintegrated!

Purchased tours and sessions don’t show up on agenda! High priced events with poor documentation follow through. Good idea but not finished

Missing Find Me Feature

Since CES is massive, it is to easy to get turned around. I had to many times look for a wall map. It would be very helpful, if I could easily locate my self. A self locate button would be great.
Thanks for looking into this.

Limited Location usefulness

Finding yourself on the Exhibition Floor Maps does not work/reliably making Favorites, navigation, of limited use.
The browser based planner is much more effective especially at sharing Exhibitor info.
Disappointing.

App & show

First time attending CES. App was very helpful for learning about exhibitors and how the show is laid out. Real-time navigation rather than the step by step navigation would be great. Otherwise I would have given 5-stars. Great show. I will be back as my company allows.

I love it

Super seamless

Incredible experience

The CES is nearly indescribable. There is so much to see and experience that it’s difficult to define the size, scope and expansiveness of it all. However, if someone is interested in any sort of power source it will likely be featured at CES.
