Cinnaholic is horrible, take notes from Starbucks, Dutch Bros, crumbl cookies, their apps are great. Please updated EVERYTHING and make it as good as your cinnamon rolls.

I live in Pigeon Forge, TN and there is a this app not far from me. It doesn’t show any locations near me though. So I can’t even use the online order option.
Cinnaholic doesn’t work and this app doesn’t care to fix it. Whenever I try to open Cinnaholic it errors and brings me back to the home screen.
Unable to use Cinnaholic. App crashes seconds after opening it. I hope they fix this soon. I can’t rollwards credit for anything I purchase.
The store location has been opened for months in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area and it won't show on app (still) so I can't make orders via app, have to go to store to do it as well as wait in line. It also seems I can't put any info in my account such as birthday for rewards?
Maybe Cinnaholic would be amazing on iOS if every single time I attempted to open it, it force closes. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing, power cycling did nothing. The last update of Cinnaholic was 4 months ago. Maybe someday it will work correctly.
Unless you live in a very specific part of Atlanta or Ann Arbor, Cinnaholic isn’t for you 🏳️
If they are opening so many stores across the country I’m not sure why they have not already scratched updating their app off the to do list. I’m assuming it’s in the future plans🤞🏼🥹❤️

Cinnaholic is simple; however, it is a huge inconvenience that points can not be uploaded or credited after purchase. App needs to be upgraded so reward points can be credited.
App is easy. Program is good but cannot upload purchased made that did not get recorded at time of purchase.
My first time in here today and I just want to eat everything lol so glad I stopped in and can’t wait to eat the rolls I ordered.
Cinnaholic was easy to download register and apply my orders too. Most items have pictures for easy viewing and decision-making and the ones that do not provide pictures. Give a good detailed explanation of what you will get. Check out is super easy and I love the option to pay with Apple Pay when I do not have a credit card easily accessible in my view.
