Very very bad and Rude customer service

It is very sad that you treat customers with no amount of seriousness. I happen to be out of the country and lost my token I have been on and off calls with your customer care agents on activating a soft token the codes they give end up not working and poping different error codes and I have been waiting from one 24hours to another if one cannot control his banks from wherever he is in the world then what's the use of having the mobile banking apps and all. I was taking to one agent this morning he hung up on me

This is a crappy app. I wish there is something less than 1 star. Just take this app down and bring back hardware token. I have been having issues getting money out of my account because I’m currently out of the country. I was excited at first with the e-token only to find out that it’s a facade of an app. Please work on it or take it down.

Scrap this token system and get a better and functional system easy for customers to use. Can’t wait to close my account.
