I the porting over of the Net Generation App still has bugs. It does not allow me to connect my kid to the coach. My first kid is connect to his coach, which was done via the old Net Gen App. I can still see him connected but when I switch accounts to my other kid and search his name to connect, I get an error that says the coach is not “Safe Player Approved” but how does that make any sense if he’s already connected with my first child.

Last, I can’t stand when ever you are searching for tournaments, when you select anything and then go back, it kicks you out of everything and you need to restart all over again.

Please fix the bugs!!!

Pointless to use…using website on your phone isn’t perfect but much better than USTATennis .

They pushed some update right as I was using USTATennis on the website and on my phone and now everything is broken horrible horrible computer programming skills.

want to add adult family member as a family? you cant do it. want to add your own child existing account to your account? you cant do. you need customer support? call 3 different times, get 3 different answers.

Website is trash

Functionality is terrible. If you want to go back in your searches, just one page back, you have to restart your search. Same problem on their full site. They upgrade the font but who cares when USTATennis and the site are so poorly designed. Who cares if it looks cool if it doesn’t work? Even with its issues, the old tennis link app was so much better.

USTATennis doesn’t provide any info when you join a team. All it does is kick you to Tennis link which is a separate site. Why on earth isn’t everything in 1 app. The UX is trash but it distracts from the lack of features.

Keep asking user and password every time a tournament link is clicked. Previously had option to use saved passwords , now cannot even used saved user pwd

I cannot even get signed in. I tried my phone # in every format I can think of and it won’t accept my user name! DELETE USTATennis- try again

USTATennis would be 100000x better if we didn’t have to login with a username and password EVERYTIME. Store login credentials please!

Another app from USTA that’s totally useless with no working functionality. Almost every link redirect you to the USTA Tennis link website which is not even optimized for mobile use. Why do we keep paying increased fees if they can’t even invest it in technology that’s going to keep us organized?! Such a waste of time.

This new app is terrible. I have to turn my iPhone sideways to see league results? Really? I’ve paid hundreds of dollars in league fees over the past 10 years and this is the best you can do? The Tennis Link app is better. What a bummer.

This is not so much a genuine app as it is the old TennisLink website squeezed into an app facade: every page is oversized and little or no thought has been put into the user experience. Be prepared to be frustrated scrolling left, right, up, down in search of the small fields you need to fill in or in search of the slim button to click on in order to get where you want to go.

When you log in to your app, and request to chat with someone to help modify your account (change profile pic to default)……they will ask you a ton of questions before they even help you. Birthdate, email, home address, etc. Isn’t the number I’m calling from enough, and that my account is open to tell you my address, phone, etc. I felt a violation of privacy. Mandeep K and others weren’t helpful.

Pls spend some IT dollars to revamp USTATennis experience

When you go through all the trouble to search and filter tournaments and then choose one to review the details, it seems it should be a simple thing to provide a “Back to results” option. But nope, going back takes you back to the start where you must search and filter all over again. This is a terrible user experience and one I hoped would be fixed in todays update. Unfortunately that is not the case. I’m also still getting randomly logged out and have to log in and start all over for no reason. Get it together and fix this, USTA!

USTATennis kicked me out. When I tried to log in all I get is a blue screen with a swirling icon. Otherwise when I was logged in it as great idea

it will not show leagues nearby to sign up for, I can find them on their website, but not through USTATennis

Pretty miserable experience. Not really an app because mostly it punts you to a web version not at all optimized for mobile. If the website was stellar, this might not be bad but the website itself is a disaster.
I support USTA but please get your house in order for web and mobile.

Need to re-enter login information every time you do something.

The tournament search filter needs to expand the search distance to 200 or even 300 miles. The jump from 100 to unlimited is way too confining!

Kudos to USTA for finally modernizing at least part of their website. It’s still the most convoluted site to navigate on the planet. Glad there’s finally an app! But it’s so glitchy. And why do I log in and am logged in, then click on a tournament in my schedule and have to log in AGAIN, to then have an error occur. So many times. Sigh… good try, USTA.

I updated USTATennis , and now it doesn’t open tournaments for registration.

This is an improvement over jumping back and forth between the USTA website and the Net Generation app, for sure. That said, there are some important bugs that need to be resolved, principal among which is the fact that the site is not pushing all tournament information to USTATennis . Tournaments that are listed on the website are not searchable in USTATennis , so I can’t depend on it for the purpose of finding and entering my kiddo in tournaments.

Also, USTATennis sign in page’s fields don’t seem to trigger the usual iPhone behavior of prompting me to autofill my USTA.com user id/password credentials, forcing me to go looking through my passwords and then selecting the right ID/password combo to autofill the fields. That behavior needs fixing as it’s an extra 10-15 seconds each time I log in (though USTATennis *does* generally keep me logged into my account so I don’t have to do it that often).

Once I see those fixes rolled out I will happily update to five stars; it’s definitely an improvement over the old, multiplatform system.
