Same as above reviewers. Get the above message when I start VisionEngage . No option to put in dashes so that’s not the issue. Can’t see if I qualify for a clinical trial because now we have to use VisionEngage?

Velocity has owed me 70$ for almost a month now. They have time to continue “updating” this buggy app but they still cannot fix this issue. I have been in contact with nmibble and they have assured me it is nothing on their side, they are only waiting on velocity at this point. Seems to me if you all have time to update VisionEngage, you have had AMPLE time to pay all of us that have referred and used VisionEngage!!! FIX THIS ISSUE VELOCITY AND I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW ACCOUNT

Will not let me sign in. It only lets me create an account, but says the phone number is already associated with an account.

VisionEngage is a scam, they offered five dollar sign up bonus and five dollars for each referral and it’s been two months with no pay. They are scammers. Also they will tell you to email their customer service about pay which I did and have not heard back nor will I get the bonus pay so don’t enter your personal information into VisionEngage

I have this on both my iPhone and iPad. It keeps asking me to rate my interaction with the research facility for prior appointments. When I try to rate it by choosing 1-5 stars, then click submit, it freezes and does nothing. Doesn’t accept the review, does nothing.
I’ve deleted and re-installed VisionEngage on both my iPhone and iPad. Doesn’t make any difference. It just flat-out doesn’t work.

VisionEngage is crappe. Has been broken like this for months.

VisionEngage is a lie and a scam but expects people to do surveys or studies for them.Why would anyone want to even use space on their phone for this useless waste of time scamming app.They have been having payment issues forever but they are cable to call people for studies no issues.Scam

Do not do the studies you will not be compensated !!!!

App is buggy, cannot sign up, participate in studies, or even get paid. They’ve owed me money for a month but due to technical issues they aren’t paying. Simply DONT sign up.

Don’t even bother with VisionEngage. Been waiting for over 2 weeks now for my payments and now it’s saying voided. What a joke! If yall can’t pay anyone and don't have the funds don’t advertise for it. I wouldn’t even bother downloading this joke of a app! Waste of time!!!! They won’t pay you at all!! And they don’t email you back at all!!!

Update: they paid about half of my payments that were owed to me. Still waiting on $30 now to be paid to me.

The data collected by VisionEngage is absurdly invasive, and the payment issues that others are reporting are real

VisionEngage offers $5 for signing up and $5 to refer people but doesn’t actually pay you. Just gives you error messages and says they are having payment issues with their virtual card. You switch it to your bank and they still never pay you. Messages to support are ignored . They have owed me $30 since 12/30. So I did a Facebook search and found out they haven’t paid tons of people . So don’t waste your time

Every time you try to find a study there is an error. Fix VisionEngage .

Tapping about half the activities in VisionEngage causes a pop up saying “Error! An internal error occurred during your request.” This happens every time on “Refer a Friend”, which is a core function of VisionEngage. Secondly, when I left VisionEngage for a moment to look up a date, I was returned to the main screen, and VisionEngage forgot all of my prior form inputs. Very broken, and a waste of my time.

App not sending me needed password to my email address so can’t get into app.

Can’t even get by the invalid phone number message. Good luck getting trial volunteers with VisionEngage.

Always pops up an error message saying there are internal issues after I fill out all the prescreening information and hit the submit button at the end.

I would love to use VisionEngage .it let me finish setting up my profile , but I get an error message when trying to set up payment. I had a referral sign up and the same thing they get the error message when trying to check their payment. Of the $5 we are suppose to get it . If it gets fixed I would love to refer others and see what VisionEngage has to offer

I like the ease of VisionEngage . It just hasn’t yielded any appropriate studies for me.

I downloaded and set up VisionEngage yesterday after my phone follow-up with the study coordinator. Today I woke up to an alert that my payment had been sent to my bank.

There are lots of earlier negative reviews about verrry slow payments. Maybe my experience shows that the issues have been sorted out.

Everyone at the site, is very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They make me feel comfortable at every visit. I would refer others to visit this site. I’m very satisfied in everyone I’ve come in to contact with.

The staff is always so friendly, professional and friendly. I appreciate so much so, I’d like to continue my working relationship with them in the future for other programs.
