6 Most reported problems 😔💔
My velocity research office wants me to use the vision engage app for future projects…keep trying to fill in info on my samsung a10e phone, and enter all info to the point of verifying email with otp but I don’t receive an email…very frustrating…is there something i am missing? please advise, thank you, mitchell ivey
I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e phone. I have installed and reinstalled the vision engage app on my phone. The screen comes up with enter biometric credentials. There is no place to enter these credentials. Just a blank line that will not let you enter anything. One time the places where to enter the info blinked for a second and disappeared. Could not get that to repeat again. App gets stuck on enter the biometrics line with no place to enter credentials. The app does not work with this phone. Can I still sign up for future velocity trials? The last trial questionnaire worked on my phone.

I have this on both my iPhone and iPad. It keeps asking me to rate my interaction with the research facility for prior appointments. When I try to rate it by choosing 1-5 stars, then click submit, it freezes and does nothing. Doesn’t accept the review, does nothing.
I’ve deleted and re-installed the app on both my iPhone and iPad. Doesn’t make any difference. It just flat-out doesn’t work.
This app is crappe. Has been broken like this for months.
DOES NOT PAY also doesn’t respond to emails asking about no pay

This app is a scam, they offered five dollar sign up bonus and five dollars for each referral and it’s been two months with no pay. They are scammers. Also they will tell you to email their customer service about pay which I did and have not heard back nor will I get the bonus pay so don’t enter your personal information into this app
