Engage is a nightmare for people on 1st work pass when my clinic 1st opens. It’s basically turned everyone against each other and caused chaos and hate. My clinic will not allow us to sign in using the phone app until 15 minutes b4 they open. By that time there are 50 to 60 people all staring at their phones waitin for the very second it turns 415am. Before they started this 15 minute nonsense we could just sign in as we arrived and uphold the integrity of the line. Now it’s a free for all with people screaming at one another because someone that’s been there for 2 minutes can get 30 spots in front of someone who has been there waiting for longer. So congratulations, Netalytics. Congrats for creating even more chaos, anxiety and insecurity in the lives of hundreds of addicts at my clinic. You should be so proud.

It never gives you a balance of money paid , it will keep saying you owe ! Monday can’t check in till I pay 100 , app was down and it took 400 out of my account, bounced my account but still saying I owe !!

Engage was a Godsend for me up until about a week ago, when all of a sudden, it doesn’t work anymore. Normally, I use Engage at my clinic every day, and It has been an integral part of checking patients in. The clinic informed us that Engage was,”down”, last week, which has happened before, but never for this long. What gives? Should we download a different app? It’s sad, cuz otherwise, Engage deserves 5 stars, but with the latest dysfunction, I can’t leave any more than 3 at this time. I’m in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. PLEASE FIX

Just don’t fully understand the point of Engage if you can only use it to check in. You would think if a place would offer an app that you’d be able to use it to schedule appointments, communicate with the facility, or just make things easier but I guess I was wrong and that not the point of having the option to use an app

Often takes takes for payments to process sometimes more then one day will process. Also when it says 0.00 balance the clinic says I Charged I have to pay 2 days at a time! When it says balance 15.00 in green I don’t actually have 15.00 if I use that 15.00 the very next day clinic will say I charged. I’ve never understand that not sure if it’s a issue with clinics system or actual this app system. Pretty much I have to keep balance at 15.00 showing or I’ll end up paying 2 days at once 🤷🏼♀️

Daily payment is not deducted from the credit on my account on a daily basis. It will go for days sometimes, then post several days payments. The same thing happens when you put a monthly credit by credit card on your account. It is very difficult to tell how many prepaid days you have left. Credits and debits to the account should be posted to the account as they occur. A very good app otherwise

I had no trouble downloading Engage , getting it verified, & checking in @ our clinic. However, my husband downloaded on his cell, & when the receptionist called his cell to verify his account, all it said on his screen was "unable to verify". No one @ our clinic could help us. Who can help us?

I signed HIPPA paper’s yesterday with my counselor to get Engage. I created an account, but when I try to validate the account it says I am not a patient!! I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this. I addressed this this morning at the clinic but no one knew what to do. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you ! She filled out the proper section and it immediately accepted me, as it should! Thank you sooo much. I really appreciate the help. It’s a great convenience! I LOVE Engage !!!

Can’t use app due to unable to find location.. but when I’m in my settings on my iPhone it says location is on...but can’t find anything in Engage about location to turn on?!
The people with a phone and app my be a few people in front of people that check in on kiosk. Thats it. Covid has nothing to do with it. This is a hipa violation , because i do not know who you people are. This knowledge of me coming to this clinic is private. How do i know this knowledge is not being used to survey the amount of people on this medication. You have my phone number and name and counselor. Now the creators of this app no my location my coming and going , This is just another step towards socialism, They system was working fine the way it was. To say that this app is helping with the spread of covid is a fallacy. Because you still have large groups of people all waiting now around a monitor. You cannot sit in your car outside and wait for your number to be called it doesn't work like that that is another fallacy. Sometimes you don't fix something if it's not broken Not all clinics are like Philadelphia. My area is clean and there's not a bunch of junkies laying around outside. But what this app is going to do is create that scenario. People have to go to work and be to work on time. Now this is forced everyone to start showing up at 2:00 in the morning again. Because there's not always a full staff of nurses. So rather than paying the nurses more money and having a full staff at all times we can just slow the whole process down with this app. My particular facility has already had issues with bookkeeping and people's balances being incorrect and not being rectified for years Administration can't even get a response, So there is no way I'm going to do a business transaction over a third party app and give the app my banking information as well. I will say , thankyou , because this is just one more reason i will be leaving the center and going to a private doctor , its cheaper anyway. well done .
