How to fix Rooms app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rooms app on iPhone
Update Rooms app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rooms iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rooms on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rooms network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rooms Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rooms not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rooms App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rooms » click [Force Stop]

Update Rooms to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rooms App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rooms » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rooms.

Fix Rooms unable to contact server/ Rooms internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rooms » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rooms » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
