I'm using iphone 14 Pro ios version 16.6.1. I get an error message when trying to access password manager saying "Access token does not have sufficient scope" and my vault is showing as empty.

hello, I have proton Pass and its working on my computer but it dont pop up in my browsers on my phone? i can acces it from the app but it dont pop up in brower for a log in? please help!

How to fix Proton Pass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Proton Pass app on iPhone
Update Proton Pass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Proton Pass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Proton Pass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Proton Pass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Proton Pass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Proton Pass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Proton Pass App
1. On android, goto Settings » Proton Pass » click [Force Stop]

Update Proton Pass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Proton Pass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Proton Pass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Proton Pass.

Fix Proton Pass unable to contact server/ Proton Pass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Proton Pass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Proton Pass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
