Force Stop the V.Hive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click V.Hive app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear V.Hive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "V.Hive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch V.Hive.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click V.Hive » "Force Stop".
