I've been trying to renew my subscription for a month and for a month it always says to check internet connection and now I'm expired and ready to throw this in the garbage.

speedhive (motor racing) will not let me access live timing , i've never had to login or password entry before (last 5 years at least) all of a sudden it is asking for login and password ??? i've replied asking for a password re-set and all it tells me is to enter a valid E-Mail ????? i've uninstalled ,then re installed, and it tells me this E-Mail address is already registered ???? i'm lost !! you have my information above, please reply . I am trying to view a current race meeting in Bundaberg. The app will let me view the currently live race but all past races are only listed as upcoming and I can’t access. On IPhone. My mates android app is fine

Close and restart the MYLAPS Speedhive app on iPhone
Update MYLAPS Speedhive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MYLAPS Speedhive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MYLAPS Speedhive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MYLAPS Speedhive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the MYLAPS Speedhive App
1. On android, goto Settings » MYLAPS Speedhive » click [Force Stop]

Update MYLAPS Speedhive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MYLAPS Speedhive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MYLAPS Speedhive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MYLAPS Speedhive.

Fix MYLAPS Speedhive unable to contact server/ MYLAPS Speedhive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MYLAPS Speedhive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MYLAPS Speedhive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MYLAPS Speedhive
