Always logging me out

I don’t use this app very often but when every I do used it less then once a week it logs me out, now that’s doesn’t bother me much what bothers me is that the password never works I have had to change the password about 5 times now an it’s very annoying. Along with that I know it’s the app because I will use the same password on the website and it works just fine but on the app even after I change it the log in never works
How is everyone logging in?!

I’ve had a common sense media account forever. I even donate.
I’ve reset my password like 4 times trying to just get this app to work. Never does. Constant “Oops”. Go to website, can login fine us8mg exact same credentials. Back to the app: “Oops…”. Sure wish I could be apart of the 4.8 out 5 stars crowd…but this thing just takes of space on my screen. Also appears the only way to maybe get a response from them is to leave a bad review…so here goes nothing!
Not working

Downloaded this app yesterday and every time I try to log on I get “Oh, something has gone wrong. Please try again later.” I’ll keep trying because I love the website and was hoping the app would work.
Update: I was told to try again by developer due to possible maintenance being the cause. So I downloaded app again and still having the error. Just easier on their website.
