While this platform is more user friendly than peers, there is still a lot of room for improvement to be included.
First, including an option to add notes to saved listings would be incredible for organization and well received from users.
Second, incorporating the ability to organize saved homes based on if contacted, interested, or watching would be a great enhancement for user experience. This would keep users engaged in RealtorcomRentals instead of turning to other apps to organize their next home options.

If you use RealtorcomRentals, use it only to find available properties-but don’t get your hopes up as far as realtors go, our first one began to ignore us then said she can’t help us anymore due to a “family emergency” which is fine, but to ignore us without redirection is unacceptable. The Second, kept giving us the run-around and didn’t seem focused on helping us even after knowing about the first experience & the fact that we had to extend our lease due to realtor #1...we’ve been working with them for over two months and the entire things has been a HORRIBLE & STRESSFUL experience! we will never use them again. Use another site or local realtor.

I absolutely love RealtorcomRentals, for the most part all rental apps have the same listings but this is the best because you can add notes on why you did or did not like the place, and when you click back on it big as frickin day it’s says contacted!! Makes my job 10X easier!! It’s so hard to keep track who I contacted and why I didn’t like the place

I tried really hard not to do this in a review, but there is no support available for RealtorcomRentals.
I just get constant error messages. I’ve updated my iOS, turned my phone off and on a bunch, restarted RealtorcomRentals , deleted and re-downloaded, and everything else I can think of, and I just get a constant “Something went wrong Retry” error message over and over.
RealtorcomRentals used to work perfectly, and when it did it was great, but it’s been weeks of this stupid error message, so whatever is going wrong needs to be fixed. RealtorcomRentals is completely unusable in its current state. 😢

There’s no app that I’ve come across filled with so many apartments in different areas as yours. You cover all the information needed to be able to decide which place is where you could see yourself living. I really am enjoying this adventure of looking for the apartment that I hope to be renting.

It’s nice that we are getting more listings. I advise everyone to cross check the address with other sites. I have found about three fake listings, i.e. nonexistent address, an actual rental relisted by an impostor for less than the true price.

My only suggestion is the inclusion of deposit and pet acceptance information. Also, the realty company handling the property should be disclosed, if applicable. Some local property management companies are shady, and discerning renters no longer want to do business with them.

Very helpful app with trying to relocate a family. It’s like I can find all the apartments that I’ve spent hours searching for across several sites online all in one convenient and easy to navigate app. Thank you so much for this great experience and lower my stress level enormously!

So far so good. The info is accurate and in real time. It tells me when the listing is either in pending or active status which lets me know if I should consider the property and not waste time. I wish that there were more filters especially for animals and no breed restrictions. Other than that it’s working out 👍🏽👍🏽

It’s so simple and easy to use. It saves your searches automatically and you can delete, edit or expand your search at anytime! There’s no forgetting to save and the best part is (in my opinion) they have the best photos. I love RealtorcomRentals!

I would only recommend that it gives the option to eliminate furnishes or short term vacation rentals from your search. In Arizona, we have a lot of those for the snowbirds and it can get confusing when locals are looking to rent for 1 year +.

RealtorcomRentals is very easy to use, but my only complaint is that sometimes the info is wrong. Found 3 different properties with the same erroneous listing info in the description. The sometimes the pictures are right, sometimes not. Assuming it pulls info from MLS, however accuracy is important.

I just graduated college, and I don’t think I’m ready to buy my own house yet; therefore, I have been looking at rentals/apartments more. I did not get a whole lot of listings (and I know there’s more), RealtorcomRentals will not save what I have favorited, had trouble with the filter and hasn’t been overall helpful in my search. RealtorcomRentals is literally just a map. I have looked elsewhere for my search. The alternative was better than this experience, so I will probably not use RealtorcomRentals again. 😔

The thing that makes RealtorcomRentals stand out to me is that I can look at the place on a map and see approximately where it is. I really like this feature over over other apps.

I’ve been using RealtorcomRentals along with Zillow, trulia, and others as well. I gave 5 stars simply because every time I put an inquire about a property I get a call back right away or someone picks up the first time around. I recommend using

Primary filter that place must allow pets does not work. Every listing result after filtering for that clearly states no pets allowed. Same with price filtering. Set an upper limit, results returned above the limit. Same with other filters. No matter what is set, only geography impacts the queries results.

This is very basic querying functionality that any app based on searching should have working and working correctly. Would give zero stars if possible.

RealtorcomRentals really gives the user a lot of information about the rentals, and offers filters for searching. It is making my Apartment search very fun and simple.

This newly designed site is quick and responsive. It even features a “search near me” option to find rentals that are close by.

I downloaded RealtorcomRentals I believe with 2 hours ago. And it is the most effective I haves used. It easy and the properties are up to date. Thank you! Very user friendly.

RealtorcomRentals is amazing, I give five starts to the developers and design team. RealtorcomRentals is better than any rentors app I've used. It has everything I wanted and what I didn't know I wanted. Great job and great app.

There are many web sites for real estate.
Over the years I've found realtor to be the most up to date and new listing first. Just a superior app!

It is to access to all available for sales. Agents can be found from bottom of the pages. Schools are listed for the area... and more. I strongly recommend others.

RealtorcomRentals has lots of listings and I love that I can save and compare all of my faves. Downside is RealtorcomRentals doesn't have nearly all of the available listings that are available in my area. I'd still trust it over Craigslist and it's shady listing any day though.
