RealtyONEGroupHomeSearch barely functions and where it does function, the interface is bad. Plenty of other apps with better UI that clients and agents would rather use. Trying to view my account produces endless errors, even though I’m already logged in it says it can’t find my account. Deleting RealtyONEGroupHomeSearch and re-downloading does nothing to fix account issues.

I don’t know how this has gotten so many 5-star reviews. When compared to basically any other home search app, this one is just lacking all around. At a glance it looks nice, but the level of customization in the advanced search is frustratingly lacking (not enough resolution between options). When looking at a listing and swiping through pictures, if you tap on a picture to enlarge it, all it does is open the gallery page, and not at the picture you were viewing. It starts all over again at the top, and you have to find the picture again. Also, auto-updating the available properties on the map while browsing would be nice, instead of constantly having to press “search again”. An option to save your search parameters would be nice, too. It’s annoying to keep entering the same criteria every time I open RealtyONEGroupHomeSearch , especially because each time it reminds me how much better the advanced search options are on nearly every other home search app.
There’s no way to filter out 55+ communities
We would love to see a filter option for searching for one story properties.
This is app is a great way to search for a new home on your mobile device. It has a mortgage calculator, lets you save listings, save search filters and get a lot of details on all listings.
It’s very easy to find accurate information about houses for sale or rent . I love it !

The greatest app for analyzing properties. If you’re a buyer, it gives you detailed information about the properties that are available in the market around you. If you are a seller, you can compare your price to the market price in a single spot.
This is one of the best real estate apps I've used. The mapping functionality is perfect and easy to use. The photos and details are displayed for quick viewing. The lifestyle search is also great! I find that I sometimes use RealtyONEGroupHomeSearch just for that purpose. A+++
Want the MLS in your pocket or purse, here you go. Track houses for sale or rent in your neighborhood, done. Set up a custom search, easy! Want to see all the pics, done. You want to see a property or Just need more info, one click does it. Best App for buyers, sellers, and Realtors. If you're not using it, you are missing out.

Simply pull up all homes for sale and MLS listings around you, including information on everything you'll want to know about a property.
Xlnt app for finding properties while driving around and getting instant information on the home. GPS locator find closes homes right away and information is up to date. My Realty One Group agent was able to set up an appointment to preview the home after I contacted her about the home we found while driving around. Super easy to use and very practical.
Best app I've ever used while finding a home!!! I was looking for a home to buy but was not having any luck with my busy schedule and all. Thanks to my realtor Jesus Herrera , I installed the Realty ONE Group App I was able to look for homes with confidence. He always stayed in touch through every step of the process and never hesitated to help with any questions I had, no matter how dumb they were. He's the man! Thank you Realty ONE Group and Jesus Herrera for changing my life for the better :)
