audio stops after 5 minutes of screen lock in android

Common dislikes about Ayat app

- When set to قراءة ليلية, there are two bright white lines on the iPhone 12

- In landscape mode on iPhone 12, the تفسير hover menu at the bottom has cut-off text

- No way to add back the تفسير menu at the bottom after closing it, except by restarting the app

- App settings reset every time the app restarts

- App lags and translation disappears when touching the screen

- Cannot bookmark a point on the app

- No English Tafaser

- Cannot run the app when the device is locked

- Recitation does not continue/play in the background anymore after closing the app

How to fix Ayat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ayat app on iPhone
Update Ayat app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Ayat network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ayat app issues:

Force Stop the Ayat App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ayat app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ayat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ayat App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ayat app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ayat.

Fix Ayat unable to contact server/ Ayat internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ayat » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ayat » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ayat on android.
