How to fix Athan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Athan app on iPhone
Update Athan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Athan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Athan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Athan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Athan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Athan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Athan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Athan » click [Force Stop]

Update Athan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Athan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Athan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Athan.

Fix Athan unable to contact server/ Athan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Athan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Athan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Athan
