PCC is not loading the EMAR or anything other than the main screen on all computers in our facility

poc and emar will not let me access it now sense the update. Still saying they are working on it, after the 2 hour time frame. I can access it on other non apple computers. but concerned why I can't access point click care anymore thru my apple MacBook. thanks for any advice.

How to fix PointClickCare Point of Care app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PointClickCare Point of Care app on iPhone
Update PointClickCare Point of Care app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PointClickCare Point of Care iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PointClickCare Point of Care on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PointClickCare Point of Care network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PointClickCare Point of Care Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PointClickCare Point of Care not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PointClickCare Point of Care App
1. On android, goto Settings » PointClickCare Point of Care » click [Force Stop]

Update PointClickCare Point of Care to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PointClickCare Point of Care App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PointClickCare Point of Care » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PointClickCare Point of Care.

Fix PointClickCare Point of Care unable to contact server/ PointClickCare Point of Care internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PointClickCare Point of Care » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PointClickCare Point of Care » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PointClickCare Point of Care
