PCC is not loading the EMAR or anything other than the main screen on all computers in our facility

poc and emar will not let me access it now sense the update. Still saying they are working on it, after the 2 hour time frame. I can access it on other non apple computers. but concerned why I can't access point click care anymore thru my apple MacBook. thanks for any advice.
