Close and restart the WxSat app on iPhone
Update WxSat app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix WxSat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WxSat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix WxSat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WxSat app issues:

Force Stop the WxSat App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WxSat app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WxSat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WxSat App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WxSat app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WxSat.

Fix WxSat unable to contact server/ WxSat internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WxSat » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WxSat » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WxSat on android.
