I have a problem with WxSat

User reports:
No current problems

- No information on how often updates are provided

- No screen capture option

- Would like to see closer zoom level and ability to pause animation on different frames

- App crashes multiple times when launched

- No ability to toggle or point and reveal lat/long

- Image frequency is hourly, would like to see it increased to quarter-hourly

- No drawing capability for people to track changes over time

To resolve WxSat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WxSat App
1. On android, goto Settings » WxSat » click [Force Stop]

Clear WxSat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WxSat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WxSat.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WxSat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WxSat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WxSat
