Suddenly my ticktick desktop app won't open. It's saying 'TickTick quit unexpectedly.' I've uninstalled and re-installed twice and I'm having the same issue. Desktop is the main way I use TickTick so this renders the app unusable for me. Please help!!!

Hi! For a while now my desktop tick tick and mobile tick tick have not been in sync so today I decided to uninstall tick tick on desktop and reinstall it to see if that could help. Now the bigger issue is that I can't log back into my account, All I get is a lot of errors and then it says: "Sign in Failed, No network connection. Please check the network configuration or proxy settings" Which I have but nothing helps. I even tried logging in on the website and it just says "Server Error" I need tick tick to be productive so it would be of great help if I could actually use it.

How to fix TickTick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TickTick app on iPhone
Update TickTick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TickTick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TickTick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TickTick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TickTick Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TickTick not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TickTick App
1. On android, goto Settings » TickTick » click [Force Stop]

Update TickTick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TickTick App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TickTick » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TickTick.

Fix TickTick unable to contact server/ TickTick internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TickTick » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TickTick » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TickTick
