Bugs make it almost unusable

App is unable to find any Domino’s locations at all, regardless of where you are or where you search. So, can’t even get the ordering process started.
Some used testing would have gone a long way.
Bad service

Besides the pizza, these people delivering are so mean, anytime I ordered a pizza, they never smile but that’s not the point. Once I ordered a pizza and I didn’t know when they arrived and they didn’t call, we had to call the store to ask what happened and some lady shouted at us on the phone saying they will never deliver to our apartment again. They blocked my account, and my daughter was so disappointed, because that day was her birthday night so she wanted some pizza but she couldn’t have some 😡. In even told them I would pay extra charges but the cut the phone. VERY RUDE !
Fails basic usability

Rather than listing all of the issues I have encountered while using this application, my recommendation is to engage a user experience professional, or a team, to conduct a usability evaluation/audit, which should help uncover immediate issues and user pain-points.
I would also recommend conducting preliminary user research in order to learn what your customers true needs are, then using that data to inform your product roadmap.
Also, webviews are making the app feel vet dated and slow.
