Shell Recharge Status

I recently installed it, in order to use a Level 2 charger in Farmington Hills, MI (which is also/used to be) a charge point station. It crashes my Android phone, which, admittedly, is a 4 GB with little space remaining. My EV Go card works perfectly (and, is Level 3) as does my Level 2 Charge Point card.

I have just had a charging station from Shell recharge installed and when I try to use the timer function in the charging station it does not provide power via the scheduled timer function, I must then manually activate charger station using the rfid tag? I also noticed that sometimes the background is blue in the phone app and then it seems to work to start the charging station using the app, but usually the background color is colored yellow-orange and then it does not seem work to start the charging station with the phone at all. Anyone else having the same problem?

Been trying to run Shell Recharge program so that I can use nearby Shell Greenlots charging stations. Installed the app on my Android phone. But every time I try to run the app it goes to 'Setting up offline map data' and ends up 'Unfortunately Shell Recharge has stopped' There is no problem with connections or memory on my phone. All other apps run fine except Shell Recharge. You help and advice is appreciated.
