The video works for 1-4 minutes, then everything freezes. No matter what kind of video it is, they all freeze. Maps without video work.
Kinomap does not have correct date and time when trying to start

Kinomps has lost and now stopped connecting to my Reebok FR30 Elliptical Trainer. I now get a 'Please wait while fetching additional data about the selected equipment' message and the equipment adding process halts. All works with Zwift ... so I am guessing the issue is where the Kinomap app is pointing to for the bluetooth install data
Video frequently slows down and speeds up though the speedometer and pedaling are steady. Video freezes too often. What is causing this?
Hello, when I do any video on kinomap it is not tracking my threadmill even if it's connected via Bluetooth and my programmes that I have done.
My screen keeps freezing mid row but the meters are still measuring. The screen does not unfreeze for the rest of the workout.
I ran a competition yesterday, when I completed it the application was not responding anymore, the app was showing the popup from which is possible to add comment, a like or share. After few seconds the app closes automatically. It is the second time that happened, the session is visible after restarting the app, but it is not synchronized with apple fitness. Is there a way to force this synchronization?
Hi, this has happened twice now. Everytime I have used one of the downloaded and liked virtual runs on Kinomap and used them, at the completion, it does not reflect the full length of the run- (Say, it was the Kinomap - 🏃 Run- Fischerhäuser-->Goldach 10,2 km ❄️📹 and when I completed, it recorded the run as 5.8 kms instead of the full 10.2. I know I am right because I was recording simultaneously on my Garmin Fenix watch and it showed 10.1 km run. Please can you tell me how to correct this type of error. Regards
