I constantly get the "This service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. In the meantime, please visit our homepage" message. Clicking the homepage link also results in the same message. Please fix and advise. If it is not fixed, I will be cancelling my subscription and requesting a refund.

I get a "This service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. why is this? Nov 10,2023 3:110 PM
I can rarely get to the Consumer Reports website anymore, I get a "This service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. In the meantime, please visit our homepage." And the homepage link connects to the same message. I've been a member for decades, but only have this issue this past year. I've tried with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If CR is going to only support the app now, I'd like to end my membership. Comparison views are too hard to efficiently manipulate on my phone or iPad, and that's what I use the most. Thanks!
Your phone number online is no good, i get some recording trying to sell me something that keeps on talking, they wont stop talking ,so i just hang up, I take the Magizine now and label DOESN'T show expire date. so help me or give me my money back'
i did not reorder this magazine please cancel this
I subscribed to CR because after buying 2 vacuum cleaners in 3 years, and now needing another, I wanted to see what you recommended. 2 of the top vacuums you recommended had terrible reviews. I ended up doing extensive research on my own, and do not want my consumer report subscription. Very disappointed.
I need a renewal app! I pay by check not by credit card
Look CR: This has been going on for 3 long years now: I find it impossible to edit/change YOUR ERRORS in my gift recipient's name, mailing information - - No matter how much effort I've put in (half a dozens hours by now) to call, change online I find myself aggravated TIME-AND-AGAIN because: 1. There is NO WAY to call your office, or 2. Even try to change YOUR ERROR online or by email has proved hopeless! I know that today is a brave new online world; I love and support CR, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH (FWIW, I'm NOT the only one with problems with CR from what I see online) - - - I'm just trying to reset YOUR 3-year old ERROR and help you at the same time. My phone number is 732-388-3932; my email is teds.one@redacted Beyond CANCELLING FOREVER with CR, I'll try a couple of my credentials: Dr. Theodore A. Shankoff and Theodore A. Shankoff, Captain U.S. Army Infantry Small Unit Troop Leader MOS-1542 Please offer some humanity to you EXCELLENT service, Ted

Almost useless. What are you all doing? I have a digital subscription and have a reasonable expectation that most, if not all that shows up on my desktop iMac would show up on my iPad. Not the case at all. Why not? I am sick with a fever in bed and had hoped to use my iPad to do research on hearing aids. Nothing here.
You have made changes to what you offer and how it is offered. This has to be made clear and grandfathered in for those of us who have older subscriptions. Exactly what information is now available with a digital subscription and how and where is it offered? You are the organization that is supposed to protect us, not scam us. I had a print subscription since the 60’s and my parents had it from the 40’s. I chose not to renew as the information soon got old and was insufficient. Took a digital subscription instead.
Love this organization and hope the relatively new management will not run it into the ground by giving up your core values.

Hey Consumer Reports, you got to fix your app with serious App Developers! I just got done composing my story about hidden fees that you requested in an email you sent me. I clicked on the link of the email, then clicked on the link to tell my story about hidden fees. But after spending a good amount of time composing that story about hidden fees, I tried to fill in my address, but your website will not accept my address. I noticed your email link only goes to your website, not your app. So then I went to your app, but there’s no place on it to tell my story about hidden fees!
Stupid me, this is the second time this has happened to me recently as I wanted to tell my story about something else (I can’t remember what it was you requested), But suffered the same problem. But I do remember having written a similar review on it on the App Store (just like this one).

When you look at chainsaws and see Stihl saws rated lower than ANY other chainsaw, you know something is amiss. I can tell that the products are bought and tested over the course of a few hours, maybe days, and then the rating concludes. This is not helpful for what I bought the subscription for. It's also discouraging that the results are cookie cutter answers. They all use the same phrases. It's like somebody picked up the product, used it for about 2 minutes and clicked a couple buttons and that's what I'm paying money for. That's not what I expected. There could be a poll. You could send products to professionals in their field for free and let them give you feedback over time for their testing. This would be much better than what I can only assume is happening with the lack of dynamism in the results and lack of accuracy in things I know to be true.
