I don t get any adds anymore for free shot

All of a sudden after more than 4000 levels it won't let me watch ads for extra shots, it's just a black screen with a little white hand on the left side of the screen

on level 690 if you throw a color ball on the same color it does not make the fall the ball just stays on that color
