on level 690 if you throw a color ball on the same color it does not make the fall the ball just stays on that color

It appears to be 'stuck' in the Appstore Library screen on my fire 7 tablet showing as 0% downloaded - I can't move it, use it, get rid of it from that screen - the 3 dots do not show beside 0 downloaded n order to Delete From Device; Delete from Cloud.Help
