I am unable to open and use my AloMoves app since updating my iOS. This is really a problem as I use it on my phone all the time and I can't even open it. I've removed it from my screen and that still hasn't helped and tried re-opening it I also restarted my phone already. If you have suggestions please let me know thank you

How to fix Alo Moves app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Alo Moves app on iPhone
Update Alo Moves app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alo Moves iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alo Moves on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alo Moves network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Alo Moves Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Alo Moves not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Alo Moves App
1. On android, goto Settings » Alo Moves » click [Force Stop]

Update Alo Moves to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alo Moves App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Alo Moves » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Alo Moves.

Fix Alo Moves unable to contact server/ Alo Moves internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Alo Moves » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Alo Moves » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Alo Moves
