I am trying to join a race challenge set by some friends, but any time I click on the link to join it, it opens the app and nothing else happens. This happens no matter how many times I try in a row. I have rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app, tried multiple links, and nothing has helped. On Android 14

It will not transfer my run into the race I entered. I can find it under my activities but it doesn't even reconize it on my feed. Help please

How to fix JUSTMOVE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JUSTMOVE app on iPhone
Update JUSTMOVE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JUSTMOVE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JUSTMOVE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JUSTMOVE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JUSTMOVE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JUSTMOVE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JUSTMOVE App
1. On android, goto Settings » JUSTMOVE » click [Force Stop]

Update JUSTMOVE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JUSTMOVE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JUSTMOVE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JUSTMOVE.

Fix JUSTMOVE unable to contact server/ JUSTMOVE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JUSTMOVE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JUSTMOVE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JUSTMOVE
