Close and restart the Irigo app on iPhone
Update Irigo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Irigo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Irigo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Irigo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Irigo app issues:

Force Stop the Irigo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Irigo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Irigo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Irigo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Irigo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Irigo.

Fix Irigo unable to contact server/ Irigo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Irigo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Irigo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Irigo on android.
