Horrible log in process

I currently own an iPhone 8 Plus. While it's an older model, I was informed that TebraEHRPMBillingKareo does not fully support this version, even with the iOS 16 platform. I've encountered frequent issues where I have to reload TebraEHRPMBillingKareo or restart my phone just to get it to work, creating a frustrating cycle. My notes and storage costs me nearly $700 per month, yet I can't log in with my iPhone 8. I've been advised that I may need a newer iPhone to access TebraEHRPMBillingKareo effectively. If I had the chance to start over, I would choose not to use Tebra. I would prefer to explore options that incorporate AI for note creation, even if they come at a higher price. I find it hard to understand how the tech management team can maintain their positions when this level of support is lacking. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but it seems to be the only way companies will be motivated to improve and deliver the basic services we expect.

Product has gone downhill

Since transitioning from karaoke to Tera, myself and other providers have had nothing but problems with both their smart phone app and desktop platforms. Unfortunately I am tied in through my billing company or else I would have dropped the platform sometime ago. It has gotten to the point where I have considered changing billing companies or even going back to paper notes or doing my own billing because fixing their mistakes is time consuming. Unless something significantly changes in the near future, I would highly recommend looking into a different EHR if it is an option.

Horrible App Overall (ok if it works properly)

After a recent update my app is not working properly (again!). I have called, attempted to send an error report (that failed on TebraEHRPMBillingKareo as it is sent to a Kareo address which has not been in service for over a year) and emailed 5 people, 4 times over the past 3 days and still no response!

This app doesn’t work.

I just downloaded TebraEHRPMBillingKareo as per my doctors office now uses this platform. Well, I’m able to login perfectly fine online. I try logging in on TebraEHRPMBillingKareo for months now and this apps creators won’t even fix the issue. They try to make my doctor fix it. She’s tried many times. But no it won’t work and Tebra still doesn’t care.

Useless

It can’t load my calendar data which is the main reason I have TebraEHRPMBillingKareo . The one time I tried to use it for billing, the process was counterintuitive and very different from the desktop version, and note-writing was a pain with it being unable to recognize special characters, like apostrophes. I can’t believe we pay money for this.

Would not recommend!!!

The Tebra EHR on the desktop is constantly malfunctioning. TebraEHRPMBillingKareo is absolutely useless. I have downloaded it multiple times and it doesn’t even open. I got it to open on my iPad only for it to close out TebraEHRPMBillingKareo every time I try to go into a patient chart. This is by far the worst DHR system I have ever used. Also, their customer service is absolutely useless.

Buggy and crashing

Like other users, I used to use this buggy app to review my schedule, but for the past few days it won’t even open. Just looks like it’s loading and then immediately crashes. Occasionally I can get TebraEHRPMBillingKareo to load without crashing, but as soon as I try to look at the calendar, it crashes again or shows nothing.

Poor usability

Since they “fixed” TebraEHRPMBillingKareo to require authentication weekly it has been unusable. I had to set my phone to the smallest font sizes and screen to get it to work and now it won’t work even after doing that again. It doesn’t scale properly to the iPhone and I don’t have the eyes of an eagle to see the ultra tiny print. All my other apps scale just fine. Another example of “fix one thing and break another.”

Problematic

Problems are numerous but some of the most annoying are the inability to specify visit reason when attempting to schedule and schedule blocks entered on the desktop version not showing up on TebraEHRPMBillingKareo version. Error messages when attempting to enter procedure codes and unable to initiate a clinic note from TebraEHRPMBillingKareo . Extremely frustrating app to try to use as the problems seem to be multiplying over the past several months

Started crashing; unusable

TebraEHRPMBillingKareo has been relatively useful over the months I’ve used it, minus the times it wouldn’t work for no reason. I usually would force close TebraEHRPMBillingKareo and it would make it work again. Even so, over the past 1-2 weeks it’s just been crashing. Even when it doesn’t crash it doesn’t load any of my client appointments. For the money my practice spends on TebraEHRPMBillingKareo, I’d assume it’d be excellent and run without problems. At the moment, TebraEHRPMBillingKareo is completely unusable.

Nothing but problems.

It has every bug you could think of! Randomly crashing, freezes when you try to send messages, functions needed to schedule appointments randomly disappearing, issues with the screen loading, the list goes on. I have email support multiple times and they are no help, they just say they don’t see what I’m talking about. Awful. And in the medical field it is very harmful that we aren’t able to service clients/patients properly because this thing is always malfunctioning.

Crashing & Closing after error message

Have received error message in the recent past but then it would load. Now I’m getting the error message then it simply crashes or I’m unable to view ANY of my dashboard or calendar data which is the reason I use it 90% of the time. I’m a provider and enjoy being able to check my schedule for planning out my day. This has been going on for 3-4 days. I’ve tried deleting then reinstalling without luck. Ironically my office manager’s app is working totally fine.

Nothing but problems

Every other week we are having issues with TebraEHRPMBillingKareo not allowing us to open notes, sign notes, see the schedule, error messages constantly, etc. We have reached out numerous times (even describing the issue ms in great detail with pictures and videos) and none of the issues ever get resolved. I would never recommend this company. TebraEHRPMBillingKareo /Tebra has been nothing but problems. My phone has the updated version (2.17.3) and crashes constantly. I intentionally never updated my iPad so it is still somewhat functional (running version 2.15.0).

ICD10 coding poor

ICD 10 coding poor to nonexistent. Have to look up each diagnosis’ ICD10 online on my iPhone then enter in Assessment problem section or use AI scribe coding - I’m using DeepScribe which does a lot better in providing ICD codes than TEBRA EHR.
I notified TEBRA of this major time consuming problem a couple years ago with no resulting improvement or feedback which is why I’m posting it here as a warning/FYI to prospective TEBRA users. Athens EHR was way better at coding but TRBRA much more affordable that’s why I’m still using TEBRA but don’t understand why they won’t fix this data base interface coding problem for us- would save hours of documentation work for us doctors.

Poor IPhone app

Doesn’t always work on iPhone. Can’t access schedule from iPhone. It’s says delete TebraEHRPMBillingKareo and reload did that, not fixed. Says to create new password . Did that no fix. For nearly $4k a month I would expect the iPhone app to work flawlessly. When you call the company nobody knows the answer. Ready for a new company

This app is buggy

The group private practice I work at uses this EHR platform and TebraEHRPMBillingKareo in theory a convenient alternative if needing to check your schedule on the go….but TebraEHRPMBillingKareo rarely works. It breaks or doesn’t load things and crashes or just gives errors half of the time. Very disappointing.

See the problem and pleas fix

Tebra has been a great app allowing user to work from any where , with new features and two-factor identifier TebraEHRPMBillingKareo doesn’t work as efficiently as it once did and crash’s limiting access to critical data that once made this a super app!!!!

Not saving notes

TebraEHRPMBillingKareo has great intentions but have to redo the notes multiple times and sections don’t save. It will only save one section at a time if you leave and come back. Was hoping it would speed up my note completion but it doesn’t.

Ridiculously flawed and buggy

TebraEHRPMBillingKareo never works properly. It’s in consistent, crashes frequently. No updates seem to fix the issue. For a company valued at 1billion dollars, who also charges its monthly providers, ridiculous fee, you figure TebraEHRPMBillingKareo would be a little bit more quality. I love TebraEHRPMBillingKareo and when it works appropriately, it saves me a great deal of time! HOWEVER, this past three weeks I am only able to login once and then have to restart my phone with subsequent login attempts. Please fix this!
