Snapscan asking me to verify email address. I am blocked. Not receiving any emails. My email address for snapscan is lmackermann@redacted
Its now a couple of times that Im not able to verify my account on snapscan I keep getting a message saying they cant compare my ID document with the department of home affairs but my ID document is correct I'm able to verify my accounts on other platforms without issues using my ID card but not on snapscan why?please fix this its getting ridiculous
