The application has continued to crash over the past few days, so I’ve deleted it & Reinstalled it but the same problem occurs. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How to fix PureVPN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PureVPN app on iPhone
Update PureVPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PureVPN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PureVPN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PureVPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PureVPN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PureVPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PureVPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » PureVPN » click [Force Stop]

Update PureVPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PureVPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PureVPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PureVPN.

Fix PureVPN unable to contact server/ PureVPN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PureVPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PureVPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PureVPN
