I have a iPhone 12 Pro and I just updated it but not the app isn’t working and when I try looking for it on the App Store it’s not there.

Hi I have been using Kitsu (app) for a long time, I got a new iPhone 13 pro and when I backed my apps from the old iPhone to the new one, Kitsu was there but not downloaded. When I click on it it says “Unable to install Kitsu” “The app is no longer available on the app store” I really need it and I don’t want to use the website. So, please can you give me a solution ?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Kitsu app issues:

Force Stop the Kitsu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Kitsu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Kitsu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kitsu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Kitsu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Kitsu.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Kitsu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Kitsu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
