I had purchased sonyliv on20/10/2025 paid amount of 1499 which is fair enough amount then why I m getting advertisement when ever I see any kind of program. We got charged for Sonyliv subscription twice for the same household using same device. We wrote to them to credit to us one of the payments but haven’t heard from them. We live in USA. They haven’t responded to our email at all.

I am paying for entire year and during live matches it is buffering all the time this is not expected when you keep such high premium and providing worst services.
Even on web and while casting and also on mobile.
Worst streaming on Apple TV

None of the videos play at 1080p. No matter what internet speed connected via Ethernet. Every other streaming services work flawlessly even with 4K. But this Sony Liv is worst streaming platform on Apple TV. Videos play at 360p or best at 540p. All apps and Apple TV is updated.
