Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps Status

Unable to login to my account, app is not working. I am unable to download maps, the app is switching off it says maps aredowbloading but then it crashes again and it is a cycle. I need it and paid for lifetime access so would appreciate a response and some instructions on how to fix this. Thanks

Hi , yesterday I arrived in Mexico after a flight there and I had no internet and I had downloaded the Mexico map in advance on a dedicated phone for navigation but the app crashed after a few seconds after launch . The app started working again after I had a internet connection. The phone had been off for a few days IPhone X iOS 15.4, latest Sygic version , no map updates available. I had experienced the same behavior when I landed in America . Fortunately I had other phone connected to wifi before on the Mexico airport and had a gps fix and on that phone the Sygic app did work so I wasn’t stranded this time . But offline navigation is the main reason I bought this app so it is a but frustrating if it doesn’t work when being offline a few days .
