Good luck using PEX. Correction - trying to use it. It is indecipherable.

Continually crashes with error message. Uninstalled. Re installed. Updated. Still won’t work.
No ability to log receipts on my phone. Same with our whole staff. Don’t waste your time and if you’re in charge of decision making I would source something ether than this app.

Uploading a photo takes a solid minute, try uploading 50 receipts.
I have gigabit internet too.

The past month I have used PEX , it may have worked 3 times, it always says “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” And when I do try later it doesn’t work, last time I checked my balance or even uploaded receipts was a week and a half ago, need this issue fixed, if PEX worked all the time, it would be awesome. But it barley works.

Every time I try to add a photo to my receipts it’s freezes. It didn’t do this before

It is 2022 and a lot of things get ordered online or receipts get emailed to you. Why on earth can I not take a screenshot of a receipt on my phone and upload it??? This makes PEX pretty useless.

It appears they have updated PEX in the past few days. It does not work. You can not press the add funds button. It is not just my app as multiple colleagues have tried as well and have the same issue. The ease of PEX used to be the best thing about this app cards. What is the point if you can’t add funds to cards easily or at all???

I’m not sure what is happening, suddenly my cardholders cannot see their transactions! I’ve emails support and they’ve suggested to delete and reinstall PEX . I did that and they showed up for a second, then went away!

this app program, overall, is incredible and covers just about all of your bases. It’s incredibly organized. PEX does not reflect how advanced this operation is.

There are some significant glitches with their best feature, the receipt log, one being that you cannot crop your photos. You can pretend to crop them, but when you click Save, they will be reverted to the auto-crop that PEX does. The auto crop is weird and it randomly crops your images, so most of my receipts are missing totals and other necessary information.

You can only attach one photo per transaction, so I’m told, which can prove difficult with two part or double-sided receipts.

Also, as an Admin, I cannot upload receipts, which means I need to log in to each individual account to add any missing receipts. That’s not a huge problem, but what I discovered after uploading a few dozen receipts is that you are uploading to your device, and not to each account. This means all receipts uploaded to my “Food” account will also show up on my “Transportation” account. I’m not sure which are accessible once you log in online, I haven’t made it that far.

All in all, I do not recommend PEX - at all. Problem is, it’s the only way (inefficient, still) to upload receipts. Which means if PEX is no good, you lose significant benefits of the this app program all together.

I will follow up and say I have one employee who was crazy for PEX and she said she wanted to use it every time. So this could just be my experience, but she also did not have the admin issues.

It’s kind of silly that you can only take pictures of receipts and not upload a file. Online orders don’t issue physical copies to photograph so the process to upload is arduous.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and it has been super helpful!
Except recently PEX has frozen up when I try to look at my transactions and will completely crash every time I try to open the camera. This makes it very hard to keep track and hold accountably for the transactions. I cannot upload receipts or add notes to any transaction, whether it be recent or far in the past.
I do recommend PEX and using this app as a business plan. However, if these bugs aren’t fixed, it will continue to be a hassle to manage through.

My company of 50 use this exclusively for travel and it takes all the headaches out of travel expenses. It's never been so easy!

I love the flexibility and quick access to see my account through PEX . However, I have an iPhone X, so I don’t have the ability to use my fingerprint to login for my passcode.

Are you working on updating the this app Card app to be able to do facial recognition when you login?

Makes employee funding and balance checks super easy. One of my favorite accounting tools.

Use Plex to track my Gasoline usage. My gas card was sent to me from The Leukemia and Lymphoma society to help me with these expenses. What a great group, they have helped in other ways also. Plex and LLS, glad I have access to both.

Makes turning in receipts bearable!

Everytime when i try to login its asking me for password. It makes hard time for me to enter as app doesn’t have save password option as we don’t have a biometric option why can’t you guys update some patches to Application adding face recognition to X user’s it makes easy for us to login. Please work on it as everyone switching to newer iphones its time for you guys add this feature hope you find a better solution.

I love having the ability to check our card balance from my phone quickly and easily!

I use Pexcard for all my staff spend and it really saved our finance team a lot of time managing expenses. Highly recommend
