Doesn’t work
The past month I have used the app, it may have worked 3 times, it always says “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” And when I do try later it doesn’t work, last time I checked my balance or even uploaded receipts was a week and a half ago, need this issue fixed, if the app worked all the time, it would be awesome. But it barley works.

Horrible Update
It appears they have updated the app in the past few days. It does not work. You can not press the add funds button. It is not just my app as multiple colleagues have tried as well and have the same issue. The ease of the app used to be the best thing about PEX cards. What is the point if you can’t add funds to cards easily or at all???

Do not switch to PEX
Continually crashes with error message. Uninstalled. Re installed. Updated. Still won’t work. No ability to log receipts on my phone. Same with our whole staff. Don’t waste your time and if you’re in charge of decision making I would source something ether than PEX.
