Need to be able to transfer funds and do more with bill pay and transfers
Overall not a bad app, but the bill pay external site does not work on a brand new iPad Pro! But it works on an iPhone 13 that’s 2 generations old, go figure.
So I’m not able to perform deposits or schedule/edit payments, add new vendors on a brand new iPad Pro all because the external bill site won’t work. Bank tries to support but the company that manages the external bill site won’t address the issue as it’s been an issue for 3 months, they are no help!
For my 2 business accounts and one personal it would be so helpful if:
1. I had one login that allows me to see them all at same time
2. I could deposit checks in all accounts from same screen without a separate ap and login for remote deposit
3. I could transfer money via Zelle from my accounts to pay people
4. I could connect remote accounts in other banks owned by me for transfers
5. I could transfer money from my personal to business (I’ve been told this is not possible)
These are all things I was able to do at the prior 3 banks I’ve used including RBC, Chase, and Huntington
Should have higher deposit limits and if you don’t write the mobile deposits statement on one line it doesn’t process. Frustrating. Your book keeping department was very helpful in helping me navigate through these issues.

I've been using UpperPeninsulaStateBank since it first came out, compared to other banking apps utilize it works nicely for my needs.
I am able to do everything from UpperPeninsulaStateBank that I can do from my desktop computer - very convenient!

As far as banking apps go, this is one of the best. I bank with several banks and everything I need to do with the upper peninsulastate bank app. I can do it mobile I love it.
I like UpperPeninsulaStateBank. It's very simple to use, but doesn't offer a lot of options to do things like set paperless preferences and other little stuff. UpperPeninsulaStateBank does what it's meant to do without any problems.
