I paid by check to re up my Gun Dog Magazine Subscription a month or so back and mailed my check to Boone IA with your prepaid envelope. I have yet to receive the new Magazine, and I just received another offer to re up my subscription... Can some please let me know what happened to my last payment to keep my subscription current and why I have not received the new current copy of the magazine?
Content does not download for offline viewing

I have been a subscriber for several years, but recently the app for the iPad has gotten worse and worse.
I downloaded the 3 most recent issues before a long flight. When I got to the airport I opened the app and the content were again not downloaded. I tried again to download them in the app and each time I reopened the app the content was not available.
A magazine app where you cannot download the content for offline reading is pretty useless.
Problem accessing server

To be clear it is March 2019.
I signed up a few hours ago for the digital subscription and the hardcopy subscription.
When I tried to login I was given the above problem. Not being able to access the electronic version is a problem.
Now I have to go through the hassle of canceling the electronic version in order to save a lousy two dollars!
