Where is App Support?!

I already had a dog whistle app on my phone, however I was looking for one that would work with my watch. So I bought this one. It works well on the phone, but won’t work on the watch. The app support link takes you to a Facebook page. I left a post, no answer. The following day I sent a Facebook message, still no answer. I would like to get this resolved.

I haven’t use the app in a while and now when I go down to turn up or down the volume of the whistle, I am unable to do so because the ads are in the way even if I hit the X and shut them off. I am unable to use it so it’s useless to me.
