Easy to buy. Hard to return. They stifle all reviews on web site and not on google reviews. If you may need to return abs item better to go to local retailer.

I do not like the fact Alza is forcing me to upgrade the App. Right now is not a good moment, it could wait for few days. Hey, Alza you need to version your backend APIs.

Some recent improvements to the returns department helpful and
this ordering application works somewhat well however...
Alza the company provides no competent human service for faulty products, refunds, or returns.
The problem then becomes solely the customers responsibility.
They do not use or respond to telephones, nor have any inter-office communications. It then becomes a "Kafka-esque" rabbit hole of burecratic denial and web based complaint forms.
No formal EU level customer support training for staff yet.
While the purchasing process has been simplified, customer support is then passed along to the manufacturer, and this retailer will not be concerned with solving or processing your concerns.
A narrow profit margin requires a narrow business plan to encourage return customers.
Will not be returning to use this application or support this company.
Keep trying Alza. Improvements do not qualify success.
Customer satisfaction should be your ONLY objective.
