BooksWritingAmino is a scam and almost all of the reviews are fake. Don’t waste your time. I can’t believe this one got through Apple’s strict app guidelines. Don’t sign up!

I downloaded this because a booktuber I watch had a giveaway via BooksWritingAmino. The members are nice but the problem is the content. It's repetitive where people are always posting the same things, constantly. The books that are discussed are the same YA books with the same answers for all questions. There is very little variety and, maybe, one or two posts about books other than the usual YA this or that. I like YA but I like variety more so BooksWritingAmino is a fail for me. Also, try for a separate app just for writing so we don't have to sift through the posts looking for an interesting one about READING BOOKS.

It's a wonderful app, the feeing is pretty and easy to see and, things you care about are first and I've met some really nice people here! A great place to share your opinions and works with others.

However, if, like me, you've come expecting to read some published and widely acclaimed books (Harry Potter, Divergent, Hunger Games) you are in the wrong place. We can't post books like that due to copyright laws. But even if it's not what you're looking for, it is wonderful!

And check out others like it! Just make sure to follow the Community Guidelines and you'll be having a blast, reading, writing and conversing with other writers!

BooksWritingAmino makes it easy for a bibliophile like myself to share my passion and get great recommendations! Definitely a more social component to your reading than Goodreads, Books Amino is fun and exciting. However, BooksWritingAmino does have a few features that need to be tweaked - I don't really understand categories and they don't seem to serve much of a purpose. Also, various other parts of BooksWritingAmino could be improved; that's why I only gave it 4 stars. But none of these are issues that keep me from enjoying BooksWritingAmino . :)

Awesome app I really think it, this is perfect for me because I am a huge book lover. I also really enjoy writing which is why this is the ONLY app that is good for both! I can also get inspired by the stories that other people write and I can get inspired from those to write my own! Everyone on here is so good and nice!

Super fun!! Sometimes it's annoying to navigate and seems a little cramped, but that's easily overlooked. BooksWritingAmino is super addictive and fun.

BooksWritingAmino is so awesome! I love it so much. The concept is fantastic and the community is great. There are no bugs and it is easy to navigate.
The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't, is a History feature. After you click on your notification, it goes away, and you can't look back at it later. (I know you can make notifications stay, but then even once you see it and click on it, it still tells you you have x amount of notifications.) But a history tab would be great, because you could see what you have liked and what posts you commented on, in case you forget and want to go back, and just to see your activity. It would not have to keep the history forever- maybe 5 days? I don't know if that feature is possible because I don't develop apps. But if it is, it would be a useful thing to have.

Ok, for one, I never write reviews, so that's saying something. I am obsessed with BooksWritingAmino!! In my settings it currently says that in the last 24 hours, I have spent 80% of my battery percentage on that app and in the past 7 days, I have spent 20% on that app! It's so addicting and the community is so nice! If you are a book lover and want a place to freely talk about books you like or get recommendations or get help through a poll on what you should read next, then get BooksWritingAmino. You will not be disappointed!

I have had an account on BooksWritingAmino for over a year, and let me tell you that my writing skills have improved tremendously! Just from soaking up the other content from people all over the world, all with their own sense of words. I've also picked up lots of great books that I love.
Perhaps the best part, however, is the unification of writers. When we come together, words of wisdom are shared often, and amazing stories come to life.

This is by far my favorite app.

An App that completely consumes around a 12th of my day deserves 10 stars! Why don't they have that option? Barely ever any problems but there isn't anything that doesn't have a little difficulties. You have friends around every corner and when there is issues, others have your back 🚶👈😝 the community is great and the challenges and giveaways never get boring. I hope you decide to join. There is really no reason not to.
