Poor design

The combination of white letters on a light blue background is a total disaster. Have to strain the eyes to see anything on the screen. That combined with a tiny font size makes using SecSignID very difficult.

Wasted a lot of precious time!!! Followed the instructions but could not scan the QR code from the application I was using and could not figure out how to enter a shared secret. Tried repeatedly but couldn’t get it the QR Code to scan and no instructions available regarding shared secrets.

Easy to use

This service is easier than any other two factor authentication system. Easy to use, easy to login.

Very useful app.
