App needs a lot of work

The “store” page of the app just tells me to go the browser version of the store, so I apparently have to buy through the browser and then pull the app back up to read. The loading times in the app are also long and tedious, even for just switching tabs. I don’t know what the other versions are like, but the iPad version is near unusable. Also, books are not DRM free. Always a negative in my book. Anyway, I will happily update my review if they fix any of these features because bookwalker as a service is pretty decent.
Doesnt work

The app used to work for me about a year ago, i went to re open it because i just bought a new book from y’all and it doesnt work. Ive closed and reopened multiple times. Ive let it sit open. Nothing works. Hope to hear back from yall on how to fox it. I have iphone xr

Every time I try to open it, the app crashes. I can’t even begin to read the books I’ve bought on. Wish I’d read the reviews on the app before wasting my money on their books.
