This is not the best program I have requested at least 3 times for my password to be reset, each time I get a message back “password has been reset” I try to access my account and still can’t open the program. I finally gave up, I wish my employer NEVER switched from Vitality, I hope its noticed the participation with Limeade is lower and unhappy users resulting in my employer bringing back Vitality!!!

Our company switched to this so this year. I HATE IT! We used to use Vitality and I loved that app. This one works against you instead of for you. I’ve tried several times this year to figure LimeadeONE out and it’s been a waste of time. I think they started using this one too keep us from getting lower insurance premiums. I don’t work, it’s confusing and not user friendly at all. I honestly think it was made horrible on purpose or the developers aren’t out of Junior high school yet. Can’t track my steps and can’t enter any activity. Total piece of crap!

App won’t track correctly on iPhone/iwatch! Puts 2.5 hours of sleep on one day when midnight to six in the morning is certainly six hours. Adds 12k steps on one day and only 72 on the next. However, my phone and watch show correct hours and amounts. My work gets bonuses for finishing certain items, but I will never get the bonus because the tracking doesn’t work unless I enter every single thing manually. Who has time for that in this day and age?

New app is just terrible. Can’t search for activities, and only given a small amount to choose from. There is no differentiation between “my choice” points activities and other activities. If there is an activity with a presentation involved, it won’t load points after going through the entire process. Not sure why they thought this was a better option. Would definitely like to go back to old app.

- Super tiny fonts that don’t let you read anything
- Seems like UI design was done by a junior high arts class
- No way of seeing whether activities have been completed or not (wasted time doing two, only to not get any points)
- No way to see whether any activity is MyChoice points. This is by design, I believe, and totally deceiving.

First time user since we got bought out. I see why they want us to do this ourselves because they can’t even figure it out. Works horribly on IPhone. Have to login every time it freezes up ( which is every time you use it) if you do manage to get in it’s nothing but blank screens. Until you pullyour screen down to refresh. If this is the future of medical plans and their third parties then we might as well throw in the towel.

LimeadeONE is pretty bad. It freezes, closes unexpectedly, and is not intuitive or user friendly. Often I am redirected to the website, which doesn’t seem to correlate with LimeadeONE . Also, no, I won’t email the support team. Just find an app with good reviews and do that.

How are we able to tell if something is a MyChoice activity? Last year, it showed it in the corner of the challenge and was listed in the description. The new app doesn’t say which is very frustrating when I have filled all of my MyChoice points and would like to continue gaining points but have no idea what activities will help me achieve this.

In this day of remote work it is great to get to know people I work with in this way. We do challenges together, learn about fun aspects of their lives and really encourage each other. Just got to work out a few kinks in the product.

For the most part I like LimeadeONE, and limeade in general. BUT, there is a serious glitch with the “discover” portion of this website. The page never loads on my desktop and I can’t access it on LimeadeONE either. It’s just…blank. It has worked maybe 3 times since I got LimeadeONE 5 months ago and it’s frustrating because I know there are more activities I could complete if the page would load.

Currently LimeadeONE does not record your points or at least I am having that issue. I do tasks and my points are not being recorded can you please fix this other than that I love LimeadeONE

-A progress bar (point until next award) on the discovery page for mobile.
-Send personalized push notifications for new activities I might be interested in.
-Grouping for activities that are related and can be completed in a sequence
-More incentives
-pop ups tips on how to reach the next level faster

LimeadeONE needs major improvement. It keeps closing minute opening or redirected you to other companies apps if you try single sign on. Please fix!
